My Life Is Changing

Part 8

Tom was fast asleep on the sofa when he heard his phone ring. Tom groggily got up and missed the call. He checked to see who was calling him at 6am in the morning. It was his girlfriend Jade. Tom rang her back.

"Jade it's 6am in the morning why are you ringing me at the time?" Tom asked stretching out the sleep in his muscles.

"Tom it's all over the news networks about Kayla and Daniel and their baby boy. Twitter is going mad and the groups that follow Daniel are going haywire over this pic. Tom, I think that someone has hacked your phone and managed to get that picture of Kayla and the baby boy." Jade explained to her boyfriend of a couple of years.

"Oh, damn I think that I had better get them up." Tom got up off the sofa and went to knock on the bedroom door when Dan and Kayla spent the night together.

Dan was already awake as Ethan woke for a feed. He left Kayla to sleep whilst he fed his son early in the morning. He then let Ethan fall asleep on his bare chest. Daniel watched his son fall asleep.

"Come in." Dan answered the knock on the door.

Tom walked in quietly.

"Sorry to disturb you but it's become wide-spread about you having a new-born son. Someone has managed to get a hold of the picture that Kayla sent me last night. I think that someone may have got into my Twitter account or has got into my phone by Air Drop." Tom mentioned to Dan.

Dan picked up his phone and put the news on.

"Oh, great this is going to be good. But at least it doesn't mention where we are unless they have managed to track us somehow. But who would do this?" Dan asked.

Kayla turned and faced Dan who had Ethan on his chest, and he was watching the news.

"Breaking news that has come in this morning. Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe apparently has a new-born baby boy with a girl that he met up with just over nine months ago. This girl tried to get in contact with the said star but ended getting in touch with Daniel's co-star Tom Felton via his Twitter account. Now we don't know how this picture has been leaked. But the picture is so cute. More on this story later as we try to get in contact with the man himself as he jets off to New York later today to do a Premier for his new movie What If." The news presenter told the whole nation.

"Apparently your fan groups have gone wild. I think that you should put a statement out before you leave. Kayla and Ethan are going to be hounded now by the local and national press now. She needs to leave here, and she will have to stay in your apartment in London. Hopefully she shouldn't be recognised as much." Tom told the man who was still holding his son.

"Yeah, I think that may be a good idea."

Kayla heard some of the conversation. She woke up and looked at Dan talking to Tom.

"What are you both talking about?" Kayla asked of them.

"Someone has managed to get a hold of the picture you sent to Tom via Twitter last night and it has made the news this morning. But we don't know who." Dan explained to his girlfriend.

"Oh, not many people have that photo, and no one knows that I sent it to you. It can't be anyone here unless they uploaded it to Facebook, and I don't think it could be my friend from work." Kayla was getting worried.

Tom got out his phone and checked where the image came from. He got a hit with a link to Facebook. He opened the link to get a name.

Tom showed her to see that herself and Dan was tagged in the picture.

"I am going to kill her for posting that picture. I wish that I never gave her it in the first place. I just knew that she couldn't keep it to herself." Kayla was upset as her best friend did that to her.

Daniel got up and showered then went over to see his son in his cot. He smiled at his son who was now asleep after being put down after a night on daddy's bare chest.

Kayla brought Dan a cuppa in. Tom had also come into the bedroom to look at baby Ethan.

"He is so beautiful, and you can tell Dan is his daddy." Tom mentioned as he gently stroked Ethan's baby cheek.

"Thanks Tom. He has kept me happy after my husband gave me the papers for the divorce whilst I was still pregnant. That nearly finished me off at almost seven months gone. I was in the hospital for over a month until I asked them if I could leave and do some baby shopping, they said yes to me, but I had to have a nurse with me." Kayla explained.

The security door buzzer went off. Kayla headed over to the kitchen window to see that it was a news reporter.

"Oh no they have found out where I live. I am going to kill my mate. In fact." Kayla picked up her phone and dialed her mates number knowing that she was just getting to work.

"Mya what the hell are you playing at? I don't care I told you not to post that picture up of me and Ethan to your Facebook and yet you did. The media have gone into a frenzy and they are outside of my door. Me and Ethan can't go out now and I have a couple of mates with me, and they can't leave the house. I am so mad with you that the Ethan's daddy may sue you for illegally posting the picture to Facebook where the media can pick this up." Kayla shouted down the phone.

Dan and Tom finished their cuppers and Dan reached down to pick up his son and headed into the front room and placed Ethan in his bouncer.

"Tom, we need to shut out the curtains so that they can't look in. But we are going to have stay out of the kitchen as they aren't any blinds in there." Dan mentioned.

"But you need to get to London and catch your plane to New York as you have your premier." Tom mentioned.

"Mya it's so your fault we have proof as you were the first one to post the picture after I had sent it in a private message which no one can see apart from the recipient so don't try and blame it on me. I have seen what you have put as a post Mya, so the game is up. You will hear from my lawyer about this. See you in court." Kayla hung up and collapsed to the ground.

"She was supposed to have been my best friend and now she has gone and done this to me." Kayla started to cry.

Dan went over to her and hugged her tight.

"Tom, we need to get out of here but how? Is your car nearby? Cause if it's parked around the back then we have a chance we can ask the neighbours downstairs if we can get through their door, but we need to get the pram out and into the car. No, it's too risky." Kayla got up and headed into the bedroom.

"Tom call the police asking for help. There is no other way."

Tom made the call.
