The cold satin of his shirt on my burning skin liquifies my insides. I stare into his eyes with their dilated pupils, now so close to mine, and fiercely wish that I wasn't wearing bright pink underwear. He shifts on his elbow, his dark state still in my face. I can't look away as his fingers circle my stomach.

"Does this count as a complication?" Tony asks.
"Complicate it some more." I beg.
He kisses me, his hands skimming my bare thigh, his hair against my forehead, the smell of him - the intoxicating smell of some expensive cologne -  up close and everywhere.

His hand slips up my-

BEEP BEEP BEEP

Marlene grunted. There's no way I just had that kind of dream about him, she thought. Even though she would never admit it, she still had feelings for him but if you were to measure it in physical form, it would only weigh about 2 ml.

"I need me some coffee." She decided, after getting ready and walking out of the door.

The line was extremely long at Jade's but what else did she she expect from a Monday morning in one of the most popular cafes in New York City?

After 30 minutes (very long ones) she was finally next in line. "

"I'll have a coffee." The man in of her requested curtly. "Quick, please."

The worker handed their drink and he dashed off, barging through anyone in the way and leaving a trail of pissed-off people.

"Hello, miss, what can I get for you?" Their tag read 'Karen'.

"Hey, can I get a coffee?" Marlene smiled.

"I'm sorry but we're out of coffee beans. I can-"

"How the fuck is a café gonna be out of coffee beans?" Marlene's voice began to get louder and louder with every word said. It was either the fact that she didn't have her morning refreshment that normally kept her from getting cranky or how stupid the whole situation was.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience-"

"Inconvenience? No, Karen, this is just bullshit." She was full on shouting now.

Everyone was looking now and they all sitting or standing there with a skeptical look painted on their face or recording the situation on their phone.

The worker sighed. "Miss, you need to calm down. You are being aggressive..."

That hit the switch.

But before she could start to tell the worker off, a pair or strong hands wrapped around her waist and pulled her out of the queue, despite her screaming in denial.

They finally came outside when the person let the out of their grasp. "Why did you have to start a scene?" Marlene recognized the voice as one and only, Tony.

"Excuse me?"

"You were starting a scene. You know.. with the screaming and unnecessary shouting?"

Is it 'Annoy Marlene' day?, she pondered. "Firstly, Stark, it was not unnecessary. Secondly, don't push into other people's business. And thirdly, DON'T EVER SAY I'M STARTING A SCENE." She was doing hand actions and gestures that made her look like a madwoman. "Ugh, I do not have time for this."

She began to walk away and Tony followed her like a puppy to it's owner.

"Are you lost?" She asked, rolling her eyes.

"No, I'm just following you because I have nothing else to do."

"Don't you have a company to run?"

"Yeah but I like you better."

Once again, Marlene rolled her eyes. "Go away."

Just then, a group of people swarmed around them, the cameras they were holding were flashing like lightning.

"Is this your new girlfriend, Stark?"

"What's her name?"

"Who is she to you?"
