CHAPTER 38

AARON POV

Most of my man are in critical situation, my hands hurt and I can't move them vary well, Chris said is on is way with more man and other cars but his taking to long, I'm sure that if he doesn't come now, most of us will die.
Ten minutes have pass and all of my bullet are finish, Chris is already here but his helping the people with more injuries, me and the few of my men are keeping the Russian away so that they will not destroy our cars.
" Let's go," Chris shout, me and the men entered in a car, and started driving. The Russian were still shooting, but we were too far for them to hurt us.
We were two hours from home, I wanted to call my angel and tell her that I'm OK, but i broke my phone, the ride was very boring.
Before we went home, we all had a doctor to take care of our injuries, mine weren't so deep but Chase just come out from a hour of surgery, and he didn't still wake up.

LILLI POV

Me and Miha were freaking out, we didn't have any information from them for more than two days, Aaron said that mission will take long but I didn't thought it will be a two days mission. We are preparing dinner, and while I was putting the chicken in the oven, someone entered from the main door, I went to see who it was, and I was surprised to see Aaron and Chris there
"Hi baby,"
" hi?, this is the first thing you are telling me after disappearing for two days."
" Sorry baby, I didn't mean to stay away for so long." While he was talking, I saw he had bandages on his arm
" What happened?" I said, holding his arm
" it's nothing, baby."
" No, it's not nothing. You are hurt,"
" I'm ok, baby, I promise," he said and started caressing my cheek
" I miss you," he said
" I miss you too , it was so difficult sleeping without you,"
"I'm sorry baby," he said and kissed my cheek
" I was preparing dinner, go and have a shower and come downstairs when you are ready." He nodded and gave me a peck.
I went back in the kitchen to finish the dinner
" Chase didn't come back " Miha said from behind me
" I know, i will ask Aaron when he comes downstairs."
" I'm afraid that his hurt,"
" Don't worry, Mi, he's fine, and even if he's injured, they will not make him die,"
" Your words are so comforting," she said sarcastically
" Sorry, I don't know what to say."
" I just want him here with me,"
" he will come home soon," I said, hugging her, she nod and started helping me with the food.

We were almost finished, but Miha didn't still say one word, Aaron came downstairs, and Miha started asking him a lot of questions
" Where is Chase? Why isn't he with you? Is he OK? Is he coming.."
" Don't worry, Miha, he is fine now. He was shot but not in a vital place. He will come home the moment our doctors will release him."
" HE WAS SHOOT, how can you talk like it's nothing serious?" Miha said, panicking
" Please tell me where he is," she asks, and Aaron gives her the address
" Save some of the dinner for me, but don't wait for me, I will come home the moment I'm sure he is fine," she said, going out.
We finish dinner, Chris didn't want to eat, but I left some for when he's hungry. Me and Aaron went to sleep, I didn't ask him anything more about what happened. I want him to rest he looks exhausted.

MIHA POV

The address Aaron gave me wasn't so far, I thought I was going to find a hospital, instead I find a beautiful mansion, I knock on the door and Alice the doctor that help the guys last time, was standing there
" Hey sweetheart, how can I help you?"
" Hi, I'm Miha. i came here to visit Chase,"
"You must be the girlfriend he was talking about, come in," she said, opening the door wilder
The house was breathtaking, everything looked expensive, I followed her, in a room where i found Chase sleeping on a king-size bed
" I will leave now,"
" Thank you for helping him," she smiled and said
" it's my work, and I love helping people" and walk away.
I walk near to the bed, and I take of my shoes to lay beside him, I didn't want to wake him up so I stayed a bit distant but failed, he open his eyes and looked at me, he look surprise and he try to seat up
" No, don't move, you just come out from a long operation, you must rest," I said, going closer to him, he nod and lay back down
" I missed you," he said, kissing my cheek
" I missed you to baby, I was so scared something bad happened to you," he smirked, and started laughing
" Why are you laughing?" I said, annoyed
" You look so cute," he said, coming close and kissing me. It started with some simple kisses, but it turned to a full make-out session. He wanted to do more, but I stopped him
" Wait, we can't do more than this."
" Why?"
" Why? You just had surgery, and you are thinking about sex. "
" Well, it's not my fault if Chase Jr. is to exited. "
" Then let him calm down."
" I can't do it when you are around,"
" ok, then I will go back home so you can have time to rest."
" No, don't go, I want you here with me,"
" Are you sure?"
" Yes, I already feel bad for not taking you to the date I promised you, so I want to spend more time with you."
" You know it's not your fault, so don't think too much about it."
" Yes, but I feel bad,"
" Don't worry, you can take me another time," I said and closed my eyes, falling asleep in his arms.
