CHAPTER 45

AARON POV

MY days became boring, I do the same things, and my routine is the same as before meeting Lilli. The only difference is that i always go to the hospital. Lilli isn't still waking up. The doctors say she is in a temporary coma and that she will wake up one of these days.
We decided to use Chris plan to attack the French mafia, the plan will be put into action 4 days from now, if it works I will be able to kill the leader, another thing that is occupying my mind is the fact that Lilli mom knows that she is in the hospital and her and her husband want to see her, but I know Lilli don't want to have any contact with them so I set two guards in front of her room so no one can enter or exit without me knowing.
Chase and Miha just went out from the room they were here to visit Lilli seens Miha wanted to see if she was awake and play with Lillis hair, now I'm alone in the room, doing some of my work on my computer.
Lilli is very skinny now, and her face is pale but she still looks beautiful, today I can't stay here all the day seens a have a inportant meeting to attend so I pack my staff, kiss Lilli's check and went out of the room, even though I don't want to leave her alone sometimes I have to and I feel bad about it.
Today is a rainy day and there is a lot of traffic, I don't want to go to this meeting but I have to if I want the mission to go well.

LILLI POV

MY body feels lighter, and it feels very sore, I can't move my body even if I try, my eyes feel so heavy making it difficult for me to open them, but I can hear everything that is happening around me, I know Aaron comes here evry day and Miha and Chase come and visit sometime. I love the way Aaron talks to me, telling me everything that happened during the day, he also talked about the mission I know I wants revenge but I don't want him to get hurt even if he says that everything will be ok, he doesn't know what could happen, he doesn't know what to expect someone can shoot him or stab him that's why I'm still worry.

AARON POV.

The meeting is over, but before going home, I decided to go and buy some coffee, I feel so tired, and I just want to sleep. The coffee shop is empty there where only two workers are. I sit at one of the empty tables and wait for someone to come and take my order. Five minutes later, one of them comes
" hello, how can I help you today" a familiar voice said, I raise my head and see Jordan dress with the shop uniform, I didn't expect her to work here I thought she had a sugar daddy, that what Chris said. When I didn't respond, she raised her head from the notebook and watched me
" What are you doing here?" she asked, surprised
" I want a cup of black coffee."
" Did Chris send you here? "
" why, should I listen to what Chris says, I just come here to buy some coffee so that I can go back home and finish my work, also Chris is seeing someone else, he's over you so you should leave him alone" I said
" Don't worry, I don't want to disturb him anymore, I'm happy that he moved on, I know what I did was bad, but I had to do it," she said
" Can you just bring my coffee, I didn't come here to talk about Chris."
" Yes, sorry," she said and walked away.
While I was waiting for my coffee one of the girls that work there was glaring at me, she looked upset like I did something bad, I try to ignore her but I couldn't do it anymore it was making me mad, Jordan come back with my coffee
" Why is she watching me like that?" I ask her, pointing at the girl who is still glaring
" she's upset because she hates when guys talk to me, she as a crush on me but I don't feel the same way for her, I see her as a coworker but she still get jealous evry time I talk to a guy"
" Does she have mental problems?" I said, drinking my coffee
" Don't say that, I told you she's jealous,"
" Whatever," I said, drinking the last part of my coffee, I paid and walked out of there.

MIHA POV

We just came back from the tattoo shop, Chase doesn't want to show me his new tattoo
" Baby, can I see it now?" he sight and unwrapped it



" I wasn't expecting you to get something cute,"
" Do you like it?" he asked
" Yes, I do, but why did you get it? "
" I will tell you one day," he said and kissed my forehead

Aaron just came back home, me and Chase are worried he doesn't take care of himself anymore and I don't think he sleeps, he comes home only to take some files and after that he goes back to the hospital, I also miss Lilli but I know everything will be ok, because she's a strong girl and I trust her. I just finished cooking dinner, but Aaron said I wasn't hungry and went out
" I think he's going crazy," Chase said
" Well I undastand him, Lilli became the most inportant thing in is life, even though they aren't together for a long time he can't live without her"
" I know, i just don't want him to be so depressed. Lilli will bo fine, and he knows that."
" Well, I think you will be also depress if I was in a coma."
" Who said that? " he said with a smile on his face, I slapped his head and walked out of the kitchen.

School is almost over and the finals are near, I hope Lilli wakes up before they start, because I know she won't be happy to repeat the semester, I'm studying every day, even though Chase disturb me, but something he also helps me, I'm so jealous that he doesn't go to school any more I'm tired of studying for a degree I might not even use.

"Do you need help?" Chase said, referring to my book I was studying
" No, i'm almost done," I said. He started playing with my hair. I love it when he does it, but right now, it's irritating me
" Please stop, I can't concentrate," I said, removing his hand from my hair
" Come on, I help you wash them yesterday, I think I deserve to touch them,"
" I said no, and yesterday you didn't even help you just watch me while I was washing them."
" At list, you weren't lonely,"
" You were useless, so stop pretending you did something. Now, can you go out of here?" I said, pointing at the door
" You hurt my feelings," he said dramatically and walked out of the room.
I studied for two hours before doing my night routine and going to bed without Chase, he come back in the room an hour later and started cuddling me
" I miss you,"
" Chase, you have to understand that I need to study and you can't come here and disturb me, it's just for a few hours."
"ok, but you have to bake me some cookies."
" Whatever."
