Kellins POV
I stand up, looking for a couple of my friends, humming a little tune to myself, looking around the packed cafeteria. They're probably outside, guess I have to go join them. Grabibng my sandwich off the table, I walk out the door, seeing the three of my friends chilling on the grass, Jack, Percy, and Alex.
"Hey Guys." I say, sitting next to them.
"Guess what, guess what, guess WHAT!" Percy shouts, nearly right in my ears. I glare at her. I don't even know why I'm friends with her, she is comstatnyl over excited about something, which is annoying.
"Sorry, so guess what." She says, after taking a deep breath.
"What?" I ask.
" I said guess." She says rolling her eyes. Oh and the other thing, she is practically a two year old.
"The next book in what ever series it is you're reading is coming out."
She shakes her head sadly.
"You got another freaking A."
"Well, yeah, but not that."
"Okay, actually, Alex, you just tell him." She says beaming.
"I got a date." He says, looking down at his lap.
"With who? A guy or a girl?" I say, a bit more excited. Alex has always had trouble with the ladies... and the guys considering he's bi, which none of them like.
"Jack."
I look between him and Jack confused.
"Not me, the other Jack." He says, cocling his head over to where all the popular guys are sitting. Fuck me.
"Really, comgrats dude." I say, faking enthusisam. I really don't want to have to start sitting with them because Alex and Jack are dating. Jack and Alex turn to a conversation about what Alex should wear.
"Kellin, you know if you don't want to interact with them, you don't have to just because him and Jack are dating."
"I know, I just don't want to lose him as friend."
"You'll always have me." She says, sending me a smile beofre taking a bite out of her apple.
"Thanks." I say. That is probably why I'm friends with her, she can read anybody like a book, and she'll do my homework for me.
Lunch time has only just started and about 10 minutes into the hour I see The Other Jack stand up with one of his friends and start walking over here.
Percy gives me a worried look, she knows how much they pis me off, basically because they must don't get me, and whenever we do talk, they seem like such idiots.
