"I can't believe what kind of idiots there can be...!" Hank grumbled as he filled in the latest report of the day. Some genius thought he could get away from stealing a pack of beer from the liquor store but he got stuck on a wave of zombies' march. The guy was caught fairly easily by a customer who ran after the guy, but filling in the papers was left to Hank and it felt torturous.

"There is a certain rise of crime numbers during Halloween." Connor helpfully said and the old Lieutenant groaned even harder. "I wish these idiots in costumes would just be normal, even for one year."

"Don't you have a date today with your mate, Lieutenant?" Connor asked and Hank nodded, "Yeah, but I might have to cancel if this keeps up."

"You don't need to cancel. I'll help you." The android said and the man grunted as he signed one paper and moved to the next one. "Thanks, but you don't need to."

"I insist. I like your mate and she obviously makes you happy." Connor replied and Hank glanced at his friend in surprise. "Connor, you always help me, I can't-!"

"On the contrary, I learn something new every day with you and her. I don't need sleep either like you humans do so I can stay up late with these reports." He smiled as he reached over the table to grab all Hank's paper piles despite the man arguing against it. Connor gave his friend a nod. "Please tell her my regards and happy Halloween."

Hank stared at his friend before sighing and giving up, gathering his coat and phone from the table. "Call me if you need me or if anything comes by."

"Yes, sir!"

Hank left the station and went to his car. Sun was already down, a sign of Autumn ending and Winter beginning. The old alpha picked his phone and dialed your number. He waited a moment, giving phone time to peep when you finally picked up.

"Hank?" Came your voice and the old alpha smiled hearing it. "Hey. Connor just bailed me out, I'll be on my way there."

"Really? That's great! I'll be waiting here!" He could almost hear the smile in your voice. The alpha smiled and threw his phone on the other front-row seat and pulled off from the parking lot to drive to your apartment. The man couldn't help but grunt as he saw people in all kinds of different costumes all over Detroit on his way to your place.

There were zombies, steampunk, all kind of sexy ladies' costumes and some were outright stupid. Why would someone dress as sexy Santa Claus on Halloween? The drive to your place wasn't as bad as Hank had thought. The zombie march must have passed his way already. Once he was at your apartment complex, he parked the car and entered the building with the keys you had given him.

One elevator ride later he was standing on your door. He rang the doorbell politely and waited a couple of seconds before you opened the door.

"Hank!" You called him with affection evident in your voice and a smile on your face. The old alpha smiled when he heard you call his name, but his smile dropped when he saw what you were wearing. A huge and he meant huge and loose pumpkin costume that hid your entire body's curves inside it.

"Jesus, what are you wearing?"

"This?" You asked as you looked at yourself before stepping back and spreading your hands so he could see your costume in full glory. "I am the Halloween Pumpkin!"

"I see that." Hank smiled lightly. What had he been expecting, you wearing something sexy for the occasion and Halloween? He was getting senile. You made way for the old alpha and he entered your apartment, making sure to close the door behind himself. He took off his shoes as you preferred to take them off when in your apartment and put his jacket on the hanger.

"Come on in, come on in!" You cheered and he followed your voice to your living space. The man blinked. There were a couple of bottles of whiskey and one long bottle with something crimson in it and another with something green that looked poisonous.

"Whoa, what's all this?" He asked as he took a seat on your couch and you sat on the opposite side of the coffee table, picking a pair of glasses from underneath the table.

"Spooky Halloween drinks for some games!" You said happily and Hank raised his eyebrow in interest. "Really? If I remember correctly, last time we had a game like that you woke up the next morning only to run straight to my toilet to puke."

"Hush hush, my alpha." You hushed and grinned. "This time I don't drink so much! I swear this!"

"Alright." Hank smiled. "What are we playing? Cards again?"

"Like Hell, I am going to play cards with ever again." You grinned and picked a tall box from underneath the table. Hank watched curiously how you opened the box and put it on the table before pulling the box away, leaving a tower of wooden blocks in the middle of the table.

The man raised his eyebrow, "Jenga, huh?"

"Yep! I ordered this with my allowance!" You smiled proudly and held your hand to Hank. "Rock-Paper-Scissors on who picks first!"

The old alpha smiled, ready for your challenge. The two of you did the usual little song and together presented your picks. You had Scissors while Hank had Rock. You pouted and it was honestly cute to Hank.

"Okay, you start!"

"Alright." He reached for a block in middle and pulled it out with ease. He was about to put it on top of the tower when he noticed the texts on it.

"Drink," Hank repeated the text on the block and grinned as he reached for the whiskey. "Don't mind if I do."

"Wait!" You called and the man stopped and looked at you, confused. "What?"

"Try this one!" You said and poured him a glass of the green drink that looked poisonous. "This is delicious!"

"Alright..." Hank nodded and took a tentative sip. You were right, it was delicious, tasted like soda, and had no traces of alcohol in it. "It's very sweet."

"I like it, but if you didn't like it then I won't make you drink it again." You confessed and the man nodded as he downed his drink and put the block on top of the tower. "Your turn."

"Alright!" You cheered and went straight for the kill. You found a loose one near the base and read it out loud. "Drink. Huh? Up for a slow start." You joked and poured yourself a glassful of the sweet green drink and downed your glass quickly.

Hank chuckled. "Careful or you get drunk before the game can really start."

You chuckled right back at him and placed the block on top of the tower. Hank took a hint and picked a block, but when he read the order on the block he felt his face heat up in embarrassment. "I'm not doing it."

"What!?" You cried out and pouted, "You have to! What's in there?"

The man's blush turned darker and he placed the block on the tower without a word. You frowned and quickly snatched the block and read it. "Wear your partner's clothing." You grinned like a devil and looked at your alpha. "That can be arranged."
