Shoto sighed.
Why is it always him having to take cases like these.
He wasn't even an Underground hero for fucks sake!
Grabbing the file he growled Akiri, the newest Junior Detective, even though they had done nothing wrong. "Tell Tsukachi, next time I get an Underground case I'll poison his coffee." The threat lacked fierceness, most likely from lack of sleep, but the Jr. wrote it down none the less.
"U-Um sir. Well uh, T-Tsukachi didn't give you t-this case." They squeaked. Shoto glared. "Then tell whoever the hell gave me this, that I want a meeting."
"Y-yes sir". Akiri scrambled to their feet running towards the end of the hall, and Shoto took that as his cue to leave. Still grumbling, the two-toned boy turned on his heel and made his way back to his apartment to study the file.

Knock Knock
Setting the file down, Shoto got up from his kitchen table frowning. Looking through the peep hole he glared a the black ponytail that belonged to his best friend Momo. Slowly unlocking the black door he opened it and leaned to the side, wait for her to come in.
The black haired women smiled, a sickening sweet familiarity that Shoto found reassuring. Atleast she didn't bring bad news then. Pulling on the hem of her skirt, She stared att him, no doubt taking in his messy state. After quite a bit of staring she spoke.
"Kyoka and I wanted to know if you were going to go come to the Monthly Bonfire. It's Katsuki's turn to host so no doubt something is gonna happen." She exclaimed, twirling her hair in thought.
Probably not. "Of course, I wouldn't miss it for the world!" I said with a bright smile." She nodded walking further in to the apartment heading towards the kitchen. "Alrighty then, would you like tea before I leave?" Sitting back down at the table he nodded. Momo had been here enough times to know where everything is so Shoto left her alone.
An hour later Momo had left and the bi-colored boy was sitting on the couch watching tv. It was a cheesy rom-con that his friends had recommended, but he couldn't understand the hype. He eventually turned it off and went to bed early, reading the email as he flipped on the covers.
Dear Todoroki-san,
It has come to my attention that you have an issue, with the various cases you have been enlisted for. As a Officer of the Law it is my duty to make sure that heroes comfortable with their roles, and said roles will not hinder their performance. This is why I invite you to my office to come speak with me and my second in command about these cases. Any time this week will suffice. We want to make sure that the heroes and Police Force are able to work well together, for the good of Japan and it's Citizens.
Always at your service, Tsukachi Nomasa
