Current POV: Y/N

Me, Tubbo, and Ranboo had all agreed on going on a little adventure, to fill out some maps. I was fairly excited, considering I hadn't gone on a trip with my two best friends in a while.

"Alright you two, you ready for the trip?" I asked, a happy ring clear in my tone of voice. I pause for a moment, realizing that neither of them were there. 'I guess not.' I thought. I sat down in the meme boat Tubbo had brought, and just spun around, waiting for the two of them to finish up.

POV Change: Ranboo

A trip with y/n and Tubbo, that's gonna be fun. I mean, c'mon, that's my best friend and my crush going to who knows where, just hanging out. Sounds perfect if you ask me.

"Hey Tubbo?" I call. I see Tubbo's head poke out from behind another room, "yeah?" He asked, walking up to me.

"So, you know how I told you I liked someone, right?" "Yep, why?" "Well, it just so happens that me and you are going on a small trip with them." "What?" "Yeah, and I was wondering if you could-" "What?! No!" "Huh? Wait why?" "You can't like her/him/them!" "Why not? If I recall, they don't have a significant other. Their not off limits." "Well, they are, I like them!" "Woah now, why didn't you start with that." "That doesn't matter, what matters is that I like them, and I want them." "Well, I bet I want them more." "You really wanna bet on that tall man?" "C'mon Tubbo, I don't wanna fight over this, it's just a crush, it's not worth a fight, right?" "Like hell it is!" "Well, I don't want to fight over this! How about we let Y/n pick, I don't wanna pressure them." "Okay, fine, but I swear on Dream's last life if you talk shit about me, we are gonna have some words." "I wasn't planning too." "Good."

Tubbo quickly ran off to continue packing, while I just stood there kind of dazed. The atmosphere had gotten much thicker, and I felt uncomfortable at the energy we had just created. I tried to shake it off, and go find Micheal, but that squabble wasn't gonna leave my head anytime soon.

I grabbed my little harness thing for Micheal, and clipped it onto him, and I led him outside. Tubbo and Y/n were already outside, and were doing that iconic boat spinning thing Tubbo usually does, singing "you spin me right round" over and over again.

I felt like I just got punched directly in the heart, leaving a oddly achy pain. I didn't like it, I didn't like they were hanging out without me, especially after what I learned earlier. Tubbo glanced at me, and smiled.

Fine, if my friend is calling war, than war it is. Let's see who wins her/him/them over.

POV Change: Y/N

After a while of spinning, Tubbo came out, and joined me. We were just being goofs for a while until Ranboo came out.

I looked at him and smiled, and he smiled back, but he seemed upset about something. 'I'm probably seeing things. I mean, why would he be upset.' I told myself. I stopped spinning, and got out of the boat, "Alright, we got food, beds, Micheal, and the three of us. This should be fun!" I cheered, "Alright. I got the map, so we can go ahead and start."

"Yep, can't wait." Came a short reply from both the boys.

And thus marked the beginning of this long trip
