My forehead creased when I saw a girl sitting on Quest's couch. I stared at her.

She has those beautiful tantalizing round brown eyes, her long eyelashes, her pointed and small nose, her paper white skin, her long, wavy, and brown hair, and her curvy lips.

She looks young. She looks like she's fifteen or sixteen?

"Who's that beautiful girl?" I asked when Croix walked towards me.

He smirked. "That's Quest's cousin."

I nodded and glanced at the girl who's quietly reading a book. "How old is she?"

"Bata pa 'yan, pre..." makahulugang bulong sa'kin ni Croix.

I frowned. "Gago. Tanong lang, e."

"Kilala kita, Messiah. Matulis ka, e."

"Kadiri ka," sabi ko sa kanya dahilan nang kanyang pagtawa.

Iyon ang unang pagkikita namin at iyon na rin ang huli. I admitted that I liked her the very first time I saw her because she's so gorgeous and she caught my attention so much.

Marami na akong nakitang babaeng magaganda pero hindi katulad ng pinsan ni Quest. Croix didn't tell me her name. Basta ang alam ko ay pinsan iyon ni Quest. I want to ask Quest about her but I didn't because I know he loves her as a little sister, and he protects her.

Naalala ko noong grade six ako. I had a crush on Thyra Cruz because she's gorgeous too but not as gorgeous as Quest's cousin. I liked her so much but I didn't fell for her.

Years passed of liking her, I kept on bugging Quest about her number. But he didn't, he kept on ignoring me and changing the topic. I planned to drunk and trick him.

It turns out that I was the one who got tricked by him.

"Ano? Sumagot na crush mo?" Inosenteng tanong ni Quest habang sumusulyap sa cellphone ko.

Umiling ako. "Dalawang araw na nga, e. Hindi s'ya sumasagot."

He nodded and turned his back on me. I saw him typed something on his phone.

Ilang oras pa ang nakalipas nang makatanggap ako ng text mula sa babaeng gusto ko. Quest told me that she wants to be called Semi or Shivani. Her nickname is unique just like her. Every each passing days, weeks, and turned into months, I admitted to myself that I've already fallen for her.

But when she confessed that she's not Thyra, I felt betrayed.

Almost three weeks of avoiding her, she keeps on dm-ing me on instagram.
