after walking for a long period we've finally arrived to our destination the place had this bizarre aura surrounding it,i have to investigate

"hey crane what were you going to say something before i interrupted you"

" the language its written in nothing on my database match it i checked every known language in the universe and all i managed to translate is one sentence. chosen of the abyss"
"that seems ominous ,keep searching you might find something "
crane wasn't sure why he is drawn to this place or why is he even still on this planet but he can't shake this feeling that he can fix what he did he can restore humanity or die trying.for decades he's been wondering the universe aimlessly with no purpose and now for the fist time in a life time he feels hopeful he'd almost forgot what it feels like hope .
" crane help!!"screamed Mira
"Mira whats happening"
"sir she is surrounded by hordes of unknown creatures"
"i fucking hate this hell hole , Mira i'm coming don't panic!"
as he said those words one of the creatures jumped at crane slashing a piece of his shoulder knocking him to the ground as he screamed in pain he shot the monster killing it
"AAH the son of a bitch my bloody shoulder, Mira!! i have to go to her she cant fend them off much longer i have to help her but those bastards are every where the cornered her against the monolith,arcane how much power left in the suit?"
"about 25% sir"
"OK direct all the remaining energy to the thermal regulator and detach it from the suit"
"but sir it will overcharge the thermal regulator it will explode, not to mention you'll die from hypothermia you'll freeze to death in a few minutes"
"just do as i told you god dammit we don't have much time!!"
crane ran as fast as he could towards Mira grabbing her by the hand and taking cover behind the monolith then he threw the overcharged thermal regulator towards the creatures causing a huge explosion and killing a huge number of the beasts and stunning the rest for a period of time
"nice throw but there's still too many of them"
"don't worry i overcame way worse situations than this,just relax"
"yah,you keep saying that,but i don't think we're surviving this plus you're bleeding and i cant heal you in time not to mention you'll freeze to death"
"Mira listen to me you're right i'm not surviving this the plan was to save you all along, i promised your mother"
"no i cant leave you here "
"just go while you have a chance run to the ship an don't look back"
"i can't i can't leave you behind"
"you have to there's no other choice just go now!"
Mira ran as fast as she could with a sad look on her face leaving crane behind laying down his final breaths
"arcane,you there ?"

"it's been fun, we had a good time together you and i but i guess all things must come to an end,it was nice knowing you"
