I looked at the picture of me and Hosea on my mirror before smiling "my angel" I kissed it before taking off my ring
Today I'm going on a date with Adam and I'm trying to move forward with my life because Hosea wouldn't want me to be mopping all the time
I pulled up to the restaurant before going in "reservations for Housley" I told the host and she pointed to the table Adam was seated at
"Hi" I spoke smiling once I sat down , his eyes immediately met mine "you look beautiful Tamera" I blushed looking down
"Thank you , you don't look bad yourself" I told him . We shifted into a comfortable conversation which consisted of getting to know each other
"So I read that you have a twin sister who's name is Tia" he brought up . "Someone did their research" I giggled
"Well yes I do , I'm 2 minutes other though" I smiled . "So what do you do for a livin" I asked even know I already knew
"I'm a news reporter, and my family owns a winery" he told me , I smiled "I'd like to visit that winery one day" I sipped my wine
"I'll be happy to take you . It's in Napa" he spoke and I smiled "I'll be happy to go" I responded chopping my steak
"How's your food" he asked "great and yours" I covered my mouth when speaking since I did have food in it
"Great " he replied , I looked over at the wall of celebrity they had and saw Hosea up there . My heart fluttered seeing his smile
I felt a hand being placed on mine , "oh I'm so sorry , I shouldn't be worried about him " I apologized quickly
"It's okay to be hurt still , he was your only love for years " he told me . "Oh I'm not hurt . I know where he is and he is with the lord" I smiled
"No matter how long it takes you , I'll wait on you . I'll always wait on you" he smiled making me smile back in relief
"Would you guys like to order some dessert" a waiter came up , "yes I'd like a strawberry cheesecake cake" Adam spoke
"I'll take one to" I said
We talked the whole night long before we parted ways
I made it home at about 8pm and sat on my bed thinking "My love , I miss you everyday . I can't wait to meet you again . And don't think I'm replacing you because not even god could take your place . These pictures are never coming down . Your memory will always be in my heart . I love you Hosea. Amen" I stood to my feet before slipping into my gown
I smiled at the thought of Adam Housley. I grabbed hosea's pillow that he always used and put in under my head
"I love you" I looked up at the ceiling before slowly resting my eyes with Adam Housley on my mind and Hosea in my heart
