Missing you

Chapter 30

"Are you excited to see your parents" I asked.

Niall and I just landed in California and are on our way to my parents house.

"Yeah" he smiled. "And I know they're excited to see you to"

"I haven't seen them since we moved here"

"I haven't seen them in months"

"You need to make time to see them more babe"

"I'm trying but a lot has been going on"

"True"

We pulled into the drive way and got out of the rental car.

We got the bags, Niall carrying most like always.

As we got inside everyone did something to say hi.

Nialls parents were freaking out, my parents were slightly less freaking out because they just saw us. Greg was excited to introduce me to Denise and theo and to see his brother. My siblings were excited to see us.

It was great.

"We'll be right back, gonna out the bags upstairs" I said.

When we got to my old room he dropped the bags on the floor, I did the same.

"I'm tired" he plopped down on the edge of my bed.

"We've got a lot of catching up to do with a lot of people down there"

"I know"

"Come on" I grabbed his hands. "We can sleep on my incredibly small bed later"

"As long as you're wearing my shirt and no pants"

"If you're lucky"

"Do you need some help with dinner" I asked.

"No, we've got everything" Maria said. "But I do want to talk"

"How are things between you and Niall"

"Amazing"

"They just bought a house" mum said.

"Really? I knew you two were looking but Niall didn't mention you did"

"Yeah, we did"

"Is it nice"

"It's absolutely beautiful"

"It is" mum said.

She and dad wanted to see it before they left so we took them to see it.

"I'm so happy for you guys" I smiled. Maura and mum both smiled and mum nodded slightly.

What's that about.

Then I felt someone's arms go around me from behind, I jumped a little. I heard Niall chuckled from behind me.

"Jesus Christ Niall you scared me"

"Sorry baby. Alexa's on the phone said she couldn't get ahold you" he handed me his phone.

"Hey" I held it up to my ear. "Sorry my phone died a little while ago"

"Hi" she said, she sounded nervous.

"Did you guys land yet?"

"Yeah we just landed, I'm in the bathroom right now. I'm freaking out Hayden"

"Why are you freaking out"

Niall let go off me and sat on the stool next to me. He started talking to Maura and my mum.
