Time never stops. It didn't stop for Inaya and Armaan too, it went on and they were hustling in their lives again, Armaan's world touring, songs, career and everything kept him busy. Inaya was also always busy in her work, the determined reporter was back.  And they didn't even realize how more than two years passed since the judgement day.

Amaal and Mrinal made their relationship official, they were perfectly in love with each other and both of them had realised it.

It was another fine day, Armaan was at Inaya's since they hadn't met in the past few days.

"What happened Inaya, what's bothering you?" Asked Armaan as he sat in front of her across the table, sipping the coffee she had made for him.

"Mumma and papa want me to marry and settle. They want me to… move on and start a life, I don't know what to do. I know you'll understand that I can't marry anyone, I would be really cruel to do so because I would never love that man and it would be a hollow relationship, ah, Armaan, you understood right?" She sighed, looking at the glass table.

"I understood, I always do," Armaan said.

"Why is everything so messed up?" She held her head in her hands, hell, she thought, what to do?

"Trust me I am pondering 'bout the same thing." Armaan replied.

After hours and hours of arguments with her parents, Inaya realized something.

What am I doing? My parents did so much for me and I? I'm fighting for nothing, I've not given them any happiness yet they are thinking of mine… oh my god. I-I shouldn't protest, if my marriage gives them happiness, I would marry anyone.

"I agree to get married mummy, just get a groom and I would marry him," Inaya said with a stone on her heart, there was a rush of joy on her parents face.

Then she walked to her apartment and cried and cried until she heard the doorbell ring.

She knew who it was, she wiped off her tears and opened the door to a worried and confused Armaan Malik.

"You agreed to marry? Why would you do that to yourself? Just imagine if that guy would be a pervert and forces you for something? Man, are you out of your freaking brain?" He asked furiously.

"Armaan… I have no option, you think I did that by my soul's agreement? No! Armaan I don't want to trouble my parents anymore… I've troubled them enough." She looked down, "and I'm sorry Armaan--"

"Okay I understand, you don't need to repeat again and again."
_

Next day Inaya got ready as the family her parents had selected to get her married was coming to see her and also she would see the groom too (for the first time) and decide the engagement date.

She was ready in a peach and pink colored saree, minimal makeup, she looked perfect but one thing was missing, that was a smile… the best ornament a woman can wear.
