Chapter 23

Inaya didn't sleep the whole night neither did Armaan and none of them knew that the other one is not asleep..

Armaan didn't sleep thinking he was too harsh on her and he shouldn't have turned this cold quickly.

Inaya didn't sleep thinking that she is the cause of everything wrong happening with Armaan, she blamed herself the whole night thinking she is the reason why he has turned like this.

When it was almost 5 am in the clock, Inaya got up and walked to the balcony, a little later she felt the presence of her husband behind her. Armaan slowly walked beside her. Being silent wouldn't help none of them.

"You promised me something, remember?" Inaya asked, without even looking at him because she knew if she did, her eyes trusted Armaan so much that they'll let the tears go and then she won't be able to say anything else.

"Inaya, here, look at me." Armaan held her by her shoulders and made her look at him, tears were evident in her eyes and she was trying hard not to let them go.

"I am not changing. I will not. I care for you the same Inaya, but I think after that night, I should just talk less to you because maybe unintentionally I would say something that will make you uncomfortable and I... I don't want that."

"No, you don't understand. It's my fault. I won't be acting that way if you said anything... Say it out. You don't look good being this serious--"

"My looks. That's what matters to you, isn't it? So that people don't say that you don't have a handsome husband. Much of your selfishness!"  He faked being offended, she smiled just a little. Armaan knew that he must not break her trust and the promise he made to her,  so he just pretended to be okay because he had to.

Even though they were smiling, a crack between them has already been created and both of them knew it.

Armaan, Inaya, Mrinal, Amaal and Manogya head out for Prague!
Although Armaan said that he wouldn't change, he started talking to Inaya a little less. He didn't make jokes or messed around with her anymore.

Even on the flight, he didn't converse with her a lot. She was reading and he was busy on his phone.

As they reached Prague, the aura changed. Prague was beautiful, even at the airport every person was in 'in love' mood.

"I just don't get the two of them," Mrinal said to Amaal, looking at Inaya and Armaan. Inaya was looking at her book and Armaan was looking at his phone. The two didn't even care to talk or just appreciate the beauty of Prague.

"Let's check in and leave them, when they're gonna start being cheeky cheesy, we never know." Amaal said, Mrinal chuckled.

"But something is seriously wrong with them..." Manogya said, slowly so that Mrinal wouldn't hear it.

"Let's go," Armaan said to Inaya, she nodded and all of them checked in.

Prague was known for its beauty and many people come there with their beloved, some to marry, some to spend time after marriage, some to enjoy with friend and it was a pleasurable tourism spot.
