You looked at him in disbelief. "Were you dating?" you asked him. "No, but it's an arranged marriage. My mother badly wants to get me married ", he said. "Are you okay with that?" you asked him.

"I am. She seems pretty decent and has a decent job as well", he said. "Why are you moving to a different city?" you asked him. "She really can't leave the job. It pays her well.

If she quit, she has to start from the beginning", he reasoned out. "What about you? I pay you well too", you asked, crossing your arms. "It's not necessary for women to adjust every time.

I would have to find a job even though they promised me one. It won't be bad I guess", he said. You smiled at him. It's rare to see men with such a mentality.

"When is your wedding?" you asked him. "Next month", he said. "I will hand over everything to Luna and I wish to resign this month end", he added.

The thought of not having him around you made your heart clench. It's not like you like him or something except that kiss, but you would surely lose an efficient and trustworthy employee.

You kept your distance from him. You barely called him into your office. You would just listen to him whenever he talks about your schedule.

Your father put the wedding proposal on hold. He knew that you were crazy and would do anything to stop the proposal. Finally, Taehyung's last day at work arrived.

He completely handed the files to Luna. "Ms Lee", he came in. "Yes", you replied. "I am taking my leave", he said. "Sure", you replied, still focusing on your system.

"Umm, it's my last day here", he said. You diverted your gaze on him. You stood up from your seat and shook your hands with him.

"All the best. If you need any help in future you can approach me", you said. "Thank you, Ms Lee. You are a great boss", he said. You smiled back. "Can I tell you something?" he asked you.

You nodded. "Please don't get mad often. Also, don't waste your emotions on those who don't deserve it. Stay healthy and stay happy", he said.

For the very first time, someone has told you something like this. You just smiled. "I will take my leave now", he said. "Wait. I have something as well", you went back to your seat and opened your drawer.

You took a cover which you prepared for him. You handed it to him. 'Best wishes' was written on the cover. He opened the cover. A bunch of hot cash was in there.

"Ms Lee, thank you but I don't think it's necessary", he scratched his neck. "You were the only secretary who I didn't have the urge to fire. Also, I heard that people would give wedding presents.

I am good at selecting presents. I thought it would be better to give you money. Keep this as my wedding present", you said.

"Thank you Ms Lee", he said, touched. He placed his ID card on your table. You saw him walking out. You badly wanted to stop him. Tell him not to go. But you were nothing other than a boss to him.

You took a deep breath, getting ready for the change of environment. Luna was a good employee, but you doubted if she could cope with you.

You saw Taehyung's wedding invitation lying on your table. You took his ID card and placed it in your drawer along with his invitation.

Luna was going through a mental breakdown because of you. She was not used to your silence. She would repeat it twice just to get the same reaction again and again. It was his wedding day.

Luna informed you that she would be directly present at the venue. You wore a decent yet rich looking outfit. For some reason, you didn't want him to get married. It's not like you liked him but you didn't want to let go of him.

"Why am I attached to him? I never care about anyone", you thought yourself. Your driver dropped you at the venue. You entered the venue. You caught a lot of people's eyes.

You saw Taehyung greeting the guests. He looked handsome. The wedding hall was decorated elegantly. It didn't have rich decorations but was simple and neat.

He had a big smile on his face. This smile was the one that brought you calmness for the past two years. You felt that importance only after he was gone.

He recognized you. With that same big smile, he came towards you. "Welcome Ms Lee", he greeted you. "Congratulations, Ms Kim", you shook his hands. He made way for you to sit with other guests.

You sat with your employees. "Mr Kim's wife is the luckiest woman", Luna commented to another employee. "I know right", she agreed. It was time for the ceremony.

Taehyung's friends stood by him. He was made to stand in front of the priest. The priest was ready to conduct his usual procedure. "It's time for the bride", they announced.

Everyone's gaze fixed on the entrance. A beautiful woman entered the hall. Everyone appreciated her beauty. "I hate her", you mouthed out. Luna was taken aback. "Ms Lee", he whispered.

"She gives a bad vibe", you said. You were the one who would give bad vibes to the people, but today you pointed at her. Luna gave an awkward laugh, praying no one else should hear you.

Whenever you mention someone that you hate, then it's over. People thought that you were cursing them but you had the capability to judge them. The ceremony started.

The priest was holding his speech. ", do you take Park Yuna as your lawfully wedded wife?" "I do", he said.  "Park Yuna, do you take Kim Taehyung as your lawfully wedded husband?", he asked.

She looked at the bridesmaid and her parents. "I- I can't, I am sorry", she dashed out. Everyone gasped. You gave that 'I knew it' look.
