Mud as Scott 'Scotty' Morrison

"You got here early." Jax says to Sophia as she's crouched under the hood of her car with a flashlight between her lips.
"Eight a.m." She mumbles around the tool in her mouth. "Every day. What's up, blondie?" She asks, climbing out from her car.
"Just making sure you got home alright."
"Why do you care?" She snorts, heading into the garage for a different wrench and a pair of pliers.
"You were walking the streets alone in the dark-"
She cuts him off with a groan. "I'm fine, Jax. Just leave me alone, I'm very busy."
"Whatever." He scoffs, heading to the picnic bench for his morning cigarette. "Have you ever seen her car not here?" He asks Opie.
He's quiet for a second. "No, it's always here."
They share a look. "Nah, she's working three jobs, there's no way."
"Things happen, man." Opie shrugs.
"But she can't live in her car when we have those dorms in the clubhouse." Jax flicks his cigarette away as he stands.
"If you offer her anything, you better be ready to start swinging." Ope calls to him. "She doesn't like you, man."
"You fuckin' do it then!"
Opie groans as he stands, adjusting his cut. "Can I talk to you for a sec?" He asks Sophia.
"Sure. What's up?" She looks between Jax and Ope, crossing her coverall covered arms across her chest.
"Are you living out of your car?" He glances past her into the window of her Chevy. "You are, aren't you?" His voice is quiet to help make her feel less embarrassed.
"Kinda."
"Dude-"
"I'm fine. I'm making it work."
"Uh-uh. You're sleeping in a real bed tonight."
"Excuse me?"
"We've got dorms in the clubhouse that you're more than welcome to crash for as long as you need to-"
"Clubhouse?"
"C'mon." Opie throws his strong arm around her shoulders, leading her to the building she's never really paid any attention to. "Jax'll show you around."
The blonde rolls his eyes but gives her a tour. "Here's the bar and lounge." He waves his hand. "Kitchen." He leads her to a back hallway. "You can stay in my room since I moved out."
"How kind of you." She rolls her eyes.
"Bathroom's there and there is a washer and dryer down the hall."
"Thanks." She runs her hand through her dirty hair. "Gotta get back to work." She pushes past him, keeping her head down as she returns to her car, kneeling on the frame again.
Jax slips into the office to snoop through Sophia's paperwork. He heads back inside the clubhouse to talk to Juice. "What's up, my man?"
"Can you dig up some dirt for me?"
"Absolutely." Juice responds, opening his laptop. "Whatcha got?"
"Sophia Morrison." Juice nods and starts working away on the computer, not asking any questions as he researches.
