Jimin's POV

I choked on the food in my mouth as I started coughing at my father's question. I gulped the water near me to stop coughing.

Ae-ri looked at me with big eyes as she became surprised too.

"What? What are you asking dad?", I said as both of me and Ae-ri became awkward.

"What? Did we ask something unusual to a married couple?", my mom said raising her eyebrows.

"You are not Mrs. Park but we are not like that. We are not in a place where we can have a baby.", Ae-ri said sounding as calm as possible.

"Yeah she is right.", I said agreeing with her.

"So we are not having grandkids anytime sooner. Ugh Mrs. Kim is always bragging about her grandchilds and I feel so left out.", My mom said pouting.

"Honey its okay its their life, we can't interfere in it", my dad said giving both me and Ae-ri an assuring smile.

"So you know, you two are going to be CEOs now of the companies. A building is being setting up where you both will work after becoming CEOs and the people of both companies will work. As you know after the partnership the company will be named Jeon-Park Group of Companies. There will be a lot of workload increased too. And you will be officially given the title of CEOs on the 1st of January. So......"

"So?", I said raising my eyebrows suspiciously.

"You know there are just nine days left and you wouldn't really have time when you become CEOs, so we have decided for you to go to your honeymoon for a week before it.", my dad continued.

"No, we can't, I mean we have a lot of work in office. Right Jimin?", Ae-ri said as she looked at me in panic.

"No isn't an answer, we already booked you a hotel room at Jeju island  at 24 December and come back on 31 december, its a good place and its nearby too so you wont have any worries about long and tiring travelling and you have to go.", my mom said.

"Really mom, you can cancel it too.", I said as I was clearly irritated.

"We can't there is a no cancelation policy and besides the resort is really good. It has seaside view too and it will be a relaxing experience for both of you.", Jiwoo said convincing me.

"Seriously you too.", I said as I glared at her.

"I mean it will be not that bad as you guys think.", she said shrugging.

"So, again there is no choice but to say yes, huh", I said sighing.

"Yes sweety", my mom replied smiling.

"But its just day after tomorrow, we have work due too.", Ae-ri said as she too tried cancelling this trip.

"Well your dad and Jimin's dad will handle work of both of you so dont worry.", mom replied making us sigh.

"Kids, I know this must be hard for you because all of this is forced and all but we are just trying to help, this trip can make you bond.", My father said peacefully.

"Ugh fine!", I said as there was no good in arguing with them.

"Well what do you say Ae-ri?", dad asked Ae-ri.

"Well I mean its already decided so okay I guess its fine.", Ae-ri said as she couldn't really argue with my parents.

The dinner was over as we discussed various things and Ae-ri loosened up too. I realized that once she starts talking then she doesn't really stop. My family got to know her and maybe I did too. She was cute but no she was annoying too. I laughed to myself as I thought that.

After awhile we went to our home. We were really tired so we straight up went to our bedrooms. I freshened up as I went to bed and fell into deep sleep.

Blep. Blep. Blep.

I looked at the time as I shut it. It was 8:30am, I went to workout in the gym. It was an everyday thing for me. I would finish my workout till 9am and then go to shower and then eat breakfast and go to office on time unlike that lazy sloth.

I was eating cereal as I saw Ae-ri bolt out from her bedroom in a hurry collecting her files from the study room. Guess she is going to be late again.

I went to the office as I checked the documents and signed it.

"Can I come in?", Taehyung asked goofily.

"Yes", I said to him.

"So how are you feeling.", he said as he showed me his rectangular smile.

"About what?", I said confused.

"Your honeymoon stupid, you are going tomorrow.", he said as he seemed more excited about it than me.

"And who told you this?", I asked.

"My other bestie Jiwoo", he said while still smiling.

"Gosh she is such a bad sister, she supported my parents in making me go to the honeymoon.", I said rolling my eyes.

"Hey, it will not be that bad as you guys think.", he said shrugging back.

"She said the same thing, gosh you guys are really same.", I said scrunching my nose.

"Well we three basically grew up together but maybe you were an outcast.", he said chuckling.

"Yeah right, well I have a meeting with Ae-ri but I am really hungry man.", I said pouting.

"Why don't you meet in a cafe or something if its just the two of you. You can order something and work.", he said.

"You are smarter than I thought.", I said chuckling.

"I was born smart bitch.", he said sassily while flipping his imaginary long hair.

I laughed at him as I called Ae-ri to inform her to get to the cafe.

"Hey can you come to the cafe near your company? We can have the meeting there.", I asked her.

"Sure, meet me there.", she replied.

I reached there as I saw Ae-ri sitting there rechecking the files.

I went there as we discussed the companies plans while we drank our mocha and latte.

We were about to leave when I saw a familiar face.

"Wait isn't that Jungkook sitting on the corner table?", I asked Ae-ri.

"Oh yeah it is and who is the girl with him? I didnt know he has a girlfriend.", she said as she struggled seeing who the girl with him was.

"Such a bad sister that you dont even know your brother has a girlfriend or not.", I said laughing at her.

"Shut up Jimin", she said as she glared at me.

"Wait a minute, thats Jiwoo", she said as her eyes went big.
