Aeri's POV

"Gosh what the....", I opened my eyes and stopped mid sentence, just to see Jimin's face just inches away from me. I don't know what happened to me but I just couldn't look away and neither could he.

Just then the airhostess announced that the plane has landed safely and that we have finally reached our destination. The announcement made us quickly move away from each other. We looked at everything around us except each other. We got out of the plane and collected our luggage. Throughout all this, there was a really awkward silence between us.

''How are we going to that hotel?'', I asked to him in an attempt to clear the awkwardness between us.

"There is a cab coming to collect us. It will be here soon.", he said while still not looking at me.

"Okay", I uttered.

"Its here.", he said pointing at a black car that looked kind of expensive.

The driver helped us in keeping our bags in the boot of the car. The whole ride was silent. We reached the resort and it looked really good from outside. As we went inside we weren't disappointed as it was so luxurious and the surroundings were so calming and soothing because of the nature surrounding the resort.

We went to the reception to check in. "Um there is a room booked under the name of Jeon Ae-ri and Park Jimin.", I said to the receptionist to which she nodded and told a worker to keep all the luggage of ours in 802 room.

We went to our room and checked out the suite. It was really good but what I loved the most was the seaview. Wahh it looked really great.

I turned around just to see Jimin laying on the bed. "Wait a minute, there is only one bed!", I realized this as I exclaimed.

"Yes it does have one bed.", he said nonchalantly.

"Well where do I sleep?", I asked him.

"On the couch.", he said as he shrugged.

"Why should I sleep on the couch?", I asked him while being annoyed at him.

"Well because there is no way we are sleeping together.", he said answering my question.

"Well then you sleep on the couch.", I demanded him.

"Why should I?", he said as he stood up in front of me.

"Because you are a gentleman.", I said trying to flatter him.

"Uh don't do that, I am not falling for that.", he said while smirking.

"Ugh well then just play rock paper sciccors with me then.", I whined.

"Fine. Three rounds?", he asked to which I nodded.

The first round he won and the second round too he won which just annoyed me.

"Now what's the point of the third round.", he said while laughing at me.

"I Don't Want Live In This Unfair World.", I said as I groaned.

"Whatever loser.", he said as he plopped on the bed.

"Oh this bed is so comfy, maybe this is the most comfortable bed in the world!", he said trying to tease me.

I ignored him and went to freshen up and wore some comfortable clothes.

I saw Jimin laying in bed with his phone. Gosh not even 20 minutes have passed in the 'refreshing resort' and I am bored.

"Should we order some food?", I said while scratching my head a bit.

"Its just 11am and you are already hungry?", he said while looking at me with a teasing smile.

"I am sorry that I have a great appetite.", I said sarcastically while folding my arms over my chest.

"Honestly I am hungry too, so let's just order. Atleast your sarcasm will stop while eating food.", he said while taking the menu card placed on the sidetable.

"Whatever.", I said as I rolled my eyes.

I waited for him to choose what he wants to eat but he took like 10 whole minutes!

"Dude you have to only decide what you want to eat not decide what you want in life.", I said with a irritated tone.

"Just shut your mouth for god's sake.", he replied as he glared at me.

"I'm really hungry, do it faster.", I pleaded him.

"Yepp just a minute.", he said nonchalantly while still looking at the menu.

"Ugh enough now, give the menu to me.", I said as I snatched the menu card out of his hand.

"Hey give it back!", he said while trying to take the card from my hands.

"No!", I replied as I stuck my tongue out and climbed on the bed.

"I said give it back! I finally found something.", he pleaded me as he climbed on the bed too.

He tried to snatch the card from the my hands but his leg touched and accidentally pushed my leg and that lead to me and him falling down on the bed.

"Oww that hur-", I opened eyes only to see Jimin on top of me and his face again just inches away just like in the aeroplane but the only difference was that his whole body was on top of mine! His hot breath was hitting my neck and I just hoped that he didnt hear my heartbeat being elevated. For a moment it felt like the time stopped even though the concept seemed really cheesy for me.

We couldnt help but stare into each others eyes while just silence surrounding us.

Suddenly the ringing of his iPhone filled the room. We immediately broke the eye contact we had. Jimin immediately stood up and went to get his phone which was kept on the dining table.

I was still laying down on the bed, I slowly got up and just sat on the bed while my mind went blank. Gosh what's happening to me.

"Ahh hello mom.", he spoke on the phone.

I turned around to see him standing awkwardly near the dining table with his one hand in his pocket and one hand holding the phone.

"Are you enjoying your honeymoon dear?", I could hear his mom's loud and excited voice coming from the phone.

"Mom we just got here!", he replied with an annoyed tone.

"Oh sorry for disturbing, anyways enjoy, I hope I get grandkids after 9 months.", she said while giggling and ended the phone call leaving us with flushed cheeks.

Gosh the situation just became more awkward, we couldn't look each other in the eye. Overall the whole day went just...... AWKWARD.
