"What do you mean by maybe?", he asked raising his eyebrows.

"Well I liked a boy named Hoseok very much in my college. He was as sweet as his name. He was my senior. We soon became friends because of an event held by the university. Soon I developed feelings and I couldn't really hold back my feelings so I decided to confess.", I said while I gazed at the sea.

"So did you confess? What happened after that?", he asked to which I could just laugh.

"Wow you are really interested in my love life.", I said looking at him while having a teasing smile.

"Just continue, I just don't have any other work that's why I am passing my time.", he tried explaining.

"Yeah right.", I said sarcastically to which he rolled his eyes.

"Okay fine, I never confessed because he told me he was gay. I was moved because I was the only person he came out to but also sad that he would never like me. It took me ages to move on.", I explained to him to which he listened attentively.

"Wow that's sad, so you are telling me you were never in a relationship?", he asked while being confused.

"Hey I have been in relationships.", I responded.

"Imaginary boyfriends don't count.", he stated to which I glared at him.

"Shut up, okay fine I was not in 'relationships', I was in a relationship that too with a playboy.", I confessed.

"That's even more sad.", he teased me as I squinted my eyes to which he chuckled at me.

"I know I am hot but look at the sunset in front you.", he said to which I saw the sun setting which looked so beautiful, the birds which seemed to be returning to their nest and the sound of waves just added more beauty to it. We both were gazing at the sunset with a comfortable silence surrounding us that is until Jimin broke the silence.

"Aeri why did you agree to marry me?", he asked me which caught me off guard.

"Wow what's with the sudden question?", I asked him while still being surprised.

"Just I was curious, you don't have to tell.", he said as he shrugged.

"It was because of Jungkook, he is a pro gamer. It sounds lame and childish but he loves his profession and even earns quite alot then I imagined. My father was against Jungkook's will to become a gamer because he wanted to give the CEO position to Jungkook but after sometime he just kind of accepted it and I couldn't really take away his passion away.", I explained to him to which he nodded his head indicating that he understood what I was trying to say.

"What about you? Why did you agree?", I asked him as I looked at him.

"Same reason, Jiwoo is studying psychology and she is really passionate about helping people who are going through tough times mentally and need help. Also our company's shares were continuously falling down and then Mr. Jeon, your father approached us saying that a partnership with his company would be a great idea.", he stated.

"I know why he approached you.", I said as I laughed bitterly.

"Why?", he asked while raising his eyebrows.

"He just doesn't trust me for handling his company. He saw the potential in you in handling the companies thats why he wanted the marriage and partnership. He thinks this way you can take more effective decisions for the company than I ever would if I handled it by myself.", I answered while looking at the sea.

"Oh, that's why your father manipulated us. My dad was in a lot of pressure as the company wasn't doing any profit for a long time and the partnership and wedding was only the answer.", he said looking at me.

"I am so sorry about my father.", I apologized to him.

"No, its okay. Its not your fault. My dad too was in a lot of stress due to the loss of the company. So it was predictable as to why he agreed to your father.", he responded to which I could just nod my head.

"I am just confused about why your dad doesn't trust you.", he said as he looked at me in confusion.

"Well he thinks a man can handle his company more wisely. He wanted Jungkook to inherit his position but due to his passion for his job he didnt have a choice but to let me manage the company. He still thinks that a man is more capable of handling the company and thats why he got us married so you can take all the important decisions.", I explained it to him to which his stared at me in shock.

"Thats really sad. How can he think like that? The world is changing and he still thinks men are more superior than women and besides you are so great at your work. I think you can handle your company better than me.", he complimented me and now I was staring at him in disbelief.

"What?", he asked as he scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.

"Nothing its just suprising that you are praising me.", I said dramatically making a shocked face.

"I take my compliment back.", he said while glaring at me to which I could just laugh.

What Ms. Shin said was kind of right. We both didnt really try to get to know each other and I am glad I tried to because now I could see a totally different side of Jimin. We sat on the beach admiring the view infront of us as we talked about so many things and also annoy each other from time to time haha. The sun was slowly setting and it was almost dark but our conversation was unable to stop. I could have never imagined myself talking and laughing with him but maybe things arent that impossible. Maybe this trip isnt that bad.

Maybe this could be the start of a very beautiful friendship I guess....
