~Jadens pov~

I dropped Travis a message telling him I couldn't come to the studio later. I knew I needed to be here for her, I wanted to be here for her. As I held her in my arms I looked down and say the tear strains on her cheeks, it broke me seeing her like this, knowing I couldn't do anything but hold her.
I notice Keira starts shuffling around in her sleep and I see her breathing heavily, I could tell she was having a nightmare.
When Keira goes through shit like what happened to her mom, she always has these consistent nightmares where her breathing gets really heavy and she has a panic attack.

I lifted her up so her head was on my chest.

J: just listen to my heartbeat,

K: I c-can't

J: yes you can Keeks, just breathe

K: I c-can't J-jaden

J: Keeks, look at me

~nothing~

I lift her chin.

J: in and out,

K: Hold me JJ

J: I got you baby.

And with that I hold her tightly and kiss her head.

~Keira's pov~

Hearing Jaden call me baby made me feel comforted.

~An hour later~

~Jadens pov~

Keira has fallen back asleep and I just stared at her. I couldn't fall back to sleep I just wanted to protect her and make sure she was okay.

I lightly caressed her cheek and had my other hand entangled in her long blonde hair.

She was perfect, I'm so in love with her, I wish she knew that.

~9am~

~Keira's pov~

I woke up to feel Jadens hand running through my hair and another on my cheek. I felt safe. He made me feel safe.
I looked up and saw J staring at me.

J: morning beautiful,

K: hi

J: u okay

I just looked at him.

J: sorry that's a stupid question I know.

K: I miss her

J: I know keeks
-he sighed-

K: what time is it?

J: 9am

K: what time did u wake up?

J: erm not long ago
