Hello! I just wanted to inform you that there is a line in this chapter where someone says "y/ - y/n" just pretend that person stuttered your first name.
I just ignored it because it wasn't like I was uncomfortable he actually made me feel safe. After we took a nap and changed back into regular clothes we headed back to the manor.But whenever we got back there was a package at the door. Narcissa said "Must be your dress dear we ordered it and got O.W.L express. I said "Thank you I'll go try it on." I went to my room and started taking it out of the package.
It was a beautiful black long dress. It had a slit that went to my lower thigh and was tight fitting at the top but turned loose at the hips. I slipped it on and it fit me perfectly. I felt like a queen, I walked downstairs to show them the dress. Draco's jaw dropped and Narcissa said "Dear you look stunning you should show off your figure more." Lucius looked so happy he had a small smile that only I could read.
He made eye contact with me and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. I turned around to go back upstairs and smiled to myself. After I had changed back into my clothes. Narcissa asked "Dear do you need high heels , jewelry, or anything else like that?" I said "I might need a pair of high heels usually I just wear tennis shoes or sandals." She said "Okay what size shoe do you wear?"
I told her my shoe size and the next day they arrived. They were black but had been rhinestoned with silver gems. I tried them on and they fit like Cinderella's glass slipper *Perfect 😌*. I usually hate wearing high heals but these didn't bother me as much. I took them off and put them back in their box. I took a shower and got ready for bed. I tried to call myself down because the ball/dinner was tomorrow.
The only thing I'm excited about was getting to see one of my best mates Caylen Floyd. She is coming over for the ball/dinner because her parents work at the ministry of magic. Then, I started to think if my father would show up but I honestly didn't care if he did or didn't. He was always drinking or working instead of taking care of me. Molly Weasley has practically raised me.
I finally fell asleep, the next morning I woke up and toke a long relaxing shower. We didn't have breakfast today because the house elves were too busy preparing for the ball/dinner. So I waited until my dress was on to do my makeup because my mom always told me "y/n before you put your clothes on always do your makeup before hand because you could smudge your makeup or get makeup on your clothes."
I did a grey base for eyeshadow , a dark shiny grey for the crease , and a dark shiny black for the rest of the eyelid. I did a bold dark red lip with a shade called "Red Dahlia". Now I just needed my hair done. I went downstairs to try and find Narcissa but found a professional hairstylist. She asked "Hello love what do you want done today?" I showed her a picture and she said "That's beautiful and will go perfect with your dress."
She finished in about 45 minutes. I loved it, the braids went back into a fancy but loose updo. I went to go check on Draco after I was done talking to the hairstylist. Draco had a black suit with a black button up. The best part was he had a dark red rose to match the color of my lips. I stood in his doorframe until he noticed me. When he noticed me, he looked shocked. He said "y/ - y/n you look stunning ." I said "Thank you so do you but you look handsome."
He just smiled and I winked at him in a friendly way. Narcissa announced we had two hours to guest start arriving. I didn't want to put my heels on until I had to so I was glad we had two hours left. I went to go check on Lucius next , when I got there I heard groaning and angry sounds like smashing stuff. I walked in and he faced me and said "I swear to Merlin y/n you better know how to tie a tie." I laughed at how frustrated he got over a tie.
He said "Why are you laughing at me you slut?" I said "Because Lucius you got so angry over not being able to tie your tie." He said "Still don't ever disrespect me like that or Narcissa and I will have to give you a punishment." I said "Come here and I'll help tie that" as I patted to his bed. While I was tying his tie, I started thinking about...
