CHAPTER: TWO

Amongst the seven, Jin has always been the one to wake up first. So, today when he found Yoongi sitting on the window sill in the living room, he was bit surprised. He noticed Yoongi staring outside the window. Eyes furrowed together, like something was bothering him. 

"Hey." He called, gaining the younger's attention. 

"Oh hyung, morning." Yoongi muttered back. Giving the eldest a quick glance before looking back outside. It was then that Jin noticed an empty cup of coffee sitting beside the blue haired. That meant, the younger must have been awake for quiet sometime. He didn't get a glare, or swearing. In fact, so far behaving in the morning goes, Yoongi was quiet decent.

"When did you wake up?"

Yoongi glanced to Jin, and then at the clock, "Uh... three-three hours ago?"

"Good god Yoongi, did you even sleep?"

"I couldn't. Too much noise. Plus, Jimin came over to my room last night. So..."

"Why? I thought he was sleeping with Tae and Kook."

"He was...but apparently they kicked him off the bed." Yoongi chuckled, "So he raided my bed."

"Whatcha looking at?" Jin asked, trudging over to the window he was sitting at. The window had a clear view to the ICO building outside. But apart from that, there is nothing that caught his attention. 

"I woke up... because there was this huge bang." Yoongi answered, "And a little while after Jimin came into my room, and told me what happened. So, I thought that's what I heard. But then I heard it again. And when I went to check.... there was nothing."

"What do you mean?"

"There was no one outside. On the streets. It wasn't the transformers. There were no vehicle, it wasn't a tire I heard either. "

"Then where did the sound come from?"

"I'm not sure. But after that, I couldn't go back to sleep and so I decided to get some work done when I heard these noises." Yoongi shrugged, "And I looked outside the window, and I saw a couple of Xavierns rushing into the building."

"Okay... what's so weird about that?"

"Hyung, last night there were eleven of them. Only ten of them walked out that time."

Jin froze at that. Eyes widening when he realized what Yoongi was trying to insinuate. "What do you mean- What are you trying to-"

Yoongi cut him off with a dismissive wave, "It was a gun shot. I know when I hear a gunshot."

Hearing that Jin let out a sigh of relief, and asked, "Then, what do you think?"

"Hyung... don't you find it a little weird?"

"Find what weird?"

"That an ICO building is being used... and there is no guarding system around it." Yoongi answered, taking another sip from his coffee, only to realize with a frown that it was empty, "Gah it's finished... I'm going to get more."
