Sana's Pov:

I quickly headed to my room. I placed my book on the bed gently.

"Now what the hell do I do?" I asked myself as though I had an answer. I had finally realized that I never actually had read the title of the book.

"Matilda," I said to myself. "Okay but now what?" I murmured before Kush came opening the door. 

"Sana read me a bedtime story." He whined. "Kush it 6, and get mom to do it," I said annoyed.

"Yeah but Mom and Dad are going to Avyaan Uncles' house " Kush stated. "So they'll be back at like 6 in the morning"

"Don't be such a baby. Why are you going to bed at 6 pm and why do want to be read a bedtime story? For someone who gets made of golf, you sure are a baby."

"Hey, I am not a baby, I just like affection."

"How is sleeping a 6 pm affection?"

"Shut up and read the book?" Kush said before plopping on my bed. 

"If I shut up how am I supposed to read?" I spoke with a smirk.

"So if I don't tell you to shut up you will read the book?"Kush said matching my smirk.

"Fine." I picked up the book rolling my eyes. 

end of Sana Pov because I realized I messed it up and am too lazy to fix it :)

Sana finished reading the book to kush. It was about a girl in an abusive family that had magical powers and is very smart. 

"Oh my god Sana imagines if I had powers," Kush said excitedly. " Yeah right you'll have powers" 

"Out of everyone in this family, I would have powers," Kush said. " Sure, go ahead try then." Sana joked.

"Fine, I will." Kush closed his eyes and breathed in. "Did anything happen yet?" Kush asked eagerly. 

"Nope," Sana said with a small laugh. "Fine you try then."

"Fine," Sana said jokingly. 

"I'm going to close my eyes and when I open them the books from my shelf will be floating around my room."Sana joked.

"SANA" Kush yelled loudly jumping off the bed. Sana started to open her eyes and looked at KUsh. KUsh pointed at the bookshelf and there the books were flying.

Sana let out a huge scream. She quickly jumped off the bed and headed towards Kush. 

"Sana what did you do?" Kush yelled. "What do you mean what did I do I didn't do anything" 

"Clearly you did you, idiot." 

"What is all this yelling-" "MY GOD, WHAT IS HAPPENING!" Sana's mother yelled causing her father to jump in the back.

"Make it stop Sana." 

"I didn't do anything." She yelled annoyed. The four huddled together near the door. Sana's window was open and in came a small black cat. 

"Now is not a time for a cat." Mr. Joshi said to Sana. 

"I didn't even do anything."

"Why are you talking back-" Mr.Joshi angrily stammered at her. "Now is not the time to be yelling at Sana," Kush yelled loudly.

Suddenly the room became quiet. The cat had now turned into a human, they grabbed something out of their pockets. Gasps left the Joshi family. The parents quickly grabbed Kush back leaving Sana almost right in front of the human.

The books had stopped flying in the air. Everyone had gone quiet. The woman standing there turned around, she had a big disappointed look on her face. 

"Now how can you call yourself parents and only protect one child?"She said angrily. "You saw a threat and had only saved one child, shame on you, really." 

Sana looked back to see her family hidden away. Sana felt sad and annoyed, but right now she felt more scared than ever. Her feet couldn't even move. 

"Well let's get down to business. Sana hers an envelop for you to open." The lady let her hand out holding an envelope. 

A/N: I'm sorry for missing like 3 weeks of updating... I'm very lazy but I'm feeling very... I forgot the word but I don't feel like procrastinating lol. So I'm gonna post a bunch of chapters and write a bunch of pre-written chapter so I'm not behind on updating :)
