Emman was checking her social media accounts while waiting for the last song on her queue to end. Outside the booth, the radio director had knocked on the glass that separated them and signalled Emman that someone is waiting for her. She smiled widely as she immediately knew who it was. She had just finished her three-hour segment and it's currently 5:50pm. She managed to signal an okay sign back as the song ended and then went on air for her final spiel.

Emman pushed buttons and worked her technical magic before she stood up and started packing. She excitedly pranced out of the booth and hugged the person who was waiting for her.

"Oh... you missed me that much?" the lady asked.

"Of course, I missed you, Marley. Sobra. I haven't seen you in a week. But... I understand," Emman said as she smiled.

The older lady gave her a quick peck on the lips and smiled at her before caressing her cheek.

"I'm sorry Emman ha? I love you."

"I love you too. Lika na?"

"Yeah, let's go!"

Pippa was with her co-professors in the faculty room of their college. They were packing their stuff, getting ready to head home.

"Faye, uuwi ka na? Di ka na sasama sa amin? Dinner lang naman sana to catch up. Ngayon lang daw free si Star eh," Lulu coaxed her.

"I will check with Andi muna if okay lang sila ni Eli at kung nakauwi na si Drew sa bahay. If not, then I have to go home na. Ayoko namang nasa labas ako enjoying while my kids are at home," Pippa responded.

"But it's a Friday night, Faye! Jusko naman! Loosen up a bit," Ally, another one of their colleagues/friend butted in.

"Sandali lang kasi. Itetext ko si Andi. Ito na."

"Ano na girl?" Ally poked her.

"Oo na raw! Nagpapabili ng donuts pero mag-ingat daw tayo and enjoy."

"Ayon! That's what we're talking about!" Lulu and Ally hi-fived.

Pippa just chuckled at her friends' actions.

"So, taralets?" Lulu asked.

"Lets," Ally and Pippa responded in unison which made them laugh.
