Chapter 16

Lisa's POV

Saying goodbye to my mom again had to be the hardest things to possibly do. I'm a mama's girl, that's why.

No doubt. I was ecstatic that Jennie would birth my first litter and I would still be able to see mom with our pups but I'd still miss them.

Jennie was next, I could tell she was nervous about saying goodbye to them.

Maybe we could spend a couple of days with the Kims.

I wouldn't want to put more stress on Jennie.

We stood outside the familiar door and Jennie knocked excitedly.

"Lisa? You're back." Came through the as Jennie's mom opened the door slowly  but quickly realised Jennie is with me and jumped at her to hug her.

"Jennie! My baby, you're home!" She cried into her shoulder as she did the same.

"Mom..." she rolled her eyes playfully and hug her mother in joy for finaly being with her again.

Dad soon came running up to them, almost tumble over his feet.

"Dad!"

"Sweetheart. I missed you!" Dad said happy seeing her daughter again. Jennie both hugged her parents until mom let go to let us in.

"Jennie!" Rosé came into view and run to Jennie to hug her too.

"Hi Rosie." Jennie greeted.

We settled in the living room, letting Jennie sit on the sofa to have a rest. She is still tired cause she didn't have enough rest after our love making and added to our trip going home.

Jennie stayed by my side, mom then noticed and gaze to me.

"Lisa, you're hurt..." mom came to my front and inspected my face. She quickly went back into the kitchen and rustled around for something.

She came out with a warm damp cloth. "So, how did this happen?" I gulped not wanting to tell her and make her worry.

"It was her dad." Jennie replied for me with a scowl on her face as she held my hand.

"What happened?" Mom asked, worried. She knows the story about dad and the abusive things he had done.

"He came to the house and started being violent when we asked him to leave. He almost hurt us but thankfully Lisa came and protected us." After sharing what happened, she gave me her gummy smile. I looked at her with love.

"He would of hurt me more if she wasn't there."

"You sure you don't have any injuries?" Mom checked Jennie if anything is wrong. Jennie slowly pulled her mom's hands off of her. "No, mom. I'm fi-" Before she could finish her mom asked again.

"How about your sister? Is she okay, why is she not with you?" I'm watching and listening, amused to their interaction as mother and daughter.

"Mom calm down. She's fine, she is staying at Lisa's for the moment. She's waiting for Rosé as they agreed." Jennie explained and glance at Rosie.

"Oh right. Sorry I didn't tell you before hand." Rosie said apologeticly.

"So you're leaving already." Mom pouted.

"Mom you're so dramatic. She will visit you. Enough with the drama. Where is my little sibling?" She asked as the hint of excitment is seen in her eyes.

Her mom just gave birth 1-2 weeks ago. Werewolf give birth early than normal and the babies develope quick.

"A boy, he's sleeping upstairs. Too bad your leaving." Dad joined, with a sad look. He knows we are leaving soon.
