"Ugh!" Katie said as she and Mike left first hour, "when will Michael learn to keep his mouth shout and mind his own business?" She unlocked her locker and put her stuff in from first hour and got her stuff for second. "I don't know, but it should be soon." Mike answered from the locker next door. After brake at crest falls middle school in Alaska, people who sent in locker neighbor requests usually were moved to that locker. After retrieving his stuff, Katie and Mike made their way to second hour.

Mike walked to second hour with Katie and was partly listening to her rant on and on about Michael and how the other kids need to stop. But he was thinking about something completely different. What if they stopped with this one and went to another rumor? What if this is worse then this one? What will it be? Did I finish the homework for math? When are we leaching for Waukesha Wisconsin over spring break? How is my cousin Nathan? Did I turn off the light? "Mike? Are you listening?" Katie asked concern all over her face. "What? What did you say?" Mike asked looking up noticing that we were at our second hour class, math. "I said, 'did you finish the math homework, cause I didn't?'" Katie said sounding a little annoyed. "A, no I not sure of I did or not.
