I was round Beverly's quarters just to chat because the last chat we had was on Ba'ku
"This is nice it seems like we never do this anymore"
"yeah"
"so what's going on in sickbay"
"Ensigns Smith and Jones had a baby together and Barclay thought he had this really old Virus from the 21st century called coronavirus"
"that's interesting"
"so what's been going on in the counseling department"
"Lieutenant Thomas finally has stopped having nightmares about the Borg but apart from that no one really needed counseling and my next session is Wednesday so I used my spare time"
"interesting"
*silence for a moment as they drink their synthhale*
"so what's been going on with you and Commander Riker then?"
"Is that the time already? oh sorry Beverly but I really must be going I have an appointment"
*I get up to leave*
"We'll have to do this another time"
"but you said you didn't have another appointment until Wednesda-"
Whew that was close even if it was a bad excuse but Will and I don't want people to know we are officially dating for a bit. Beverly will probably ask me about that again on Monday during Poker but that is two days away and Will and I will be going on our First Date in a while a few days after that so I will have to meet up with him for us to think of an excuse soon.
I smiled to be able to say that I have my Imzadi back.
