Poker in Beverly's quarters tonight, I won two rounds so far. Geordi had to leave to go do something in engineering so the competition was DATA.
"Sir is your smile your poker face?"
"I guess it is"
I put down my cards
A/N I don't know the first thing about poker so I won't be doing a lot of specifics, use your imagination OK
"A very good hand sir but I am the victorious one here"
He put down his cards
"Why do you have to be so good DATA?"
"It is in my nature sir"
Beverly and Deanna laughed at that
"What's so funny?"
"Oh you guys have been doing this for so long that we got bored and started to reminisce about things" Deanna said
"like what?" I asked
"That time DATA pushed me into the water" Beverly said
"I am glad you find that funny now doctor" DATA said
"Well it was 4 years ago"
"that would make sense"
"are you all going to look at your cards or not?" Deanna said already having shuffled them
"I think not I need to go feed Spot" DATA said
"this time in two weeks?" I said
"My quarters?" Deanna said
"Sure"
"I'm in"
"that is fine with me"
"It's settled"
"see you then"
"Bye" I said to leave Beverly and Deanna have their girl talk
I have my first date with Deanna tomorrow since we last dated and I made an accurate recreation of Betazed on the Holodeck just like our first date.
