"Good morning, class!"
I look over and I see her...
It can't be true, she's in New York. Might be my hallucinations again. It's not like it's the first time to see her in a crowd.
I smile...
I proceed.
"so, where did we stop last time?"
I'm talking but every time I look into her eyes I feel words fade away... everyone fades away.
She is not there but she is there. Half of me is here anyway.
Time flies so it comes the moment when I know she stops being here and I call for her voice.
"Well, see you next time. Don't forget to do your homework!"
"Did you miss me?"
She is talking! This can't be right!
"Baby? Are you okay?!"
"You're here! Can I touch you?"
I feel my body wrapped in her warmth. Her scent is all I can smell right now.
"I can't believe I'm actually hugging you" her voice shakes me back to earth.
"I can't believe you are here" I say as I'm withdrawing myself from her arms.
"I decided to make it a surprise for you" her smile that I missed...
"Until moments ago, you had been thought to be a hallucination of mine."
Her giggles are banging the ribs of my chest...
"You're so sweet, you know that?"
I smile, replying "I missed you..."
"I know you wanted to come with me.."
I say interrupting "yes! I really did. I want to punish you for not letting me come."
She steps towards my ear whispering "I want you to punish me"
