Chp:-10 Ganga Maiiya

I woke up around 6am. I went inside the bathroom and did my daily business and took a nice shower and got dressed for going to the rafting point. There are 6 bedrooms in this bungalow. Tanya, Ayesha and Shamika were in one bedroom, Niraj and Vikram in one, Me and Ayush in one. I went downstairs. I saw the girls were already sitting in the living room and they were chatting while sipping their tea.

I said, "good morning girls."

They said, "good morning Randheer." Ayesha kept her tea aside and came towards me and kissed my lips.

Ayesha said, "I'm so used to sleeping while hugging you. I missed you."

I said, "I missed you too babe." I kissed her lips. We heard someone clearing their throats. We pulled back and saw Ayush and the boys. Ayesha blushed.

I said, "ok so let's get going."

Vikram said, "the driver is here. I've arranged everything. We'll have two rafts. 3 people in one and 4 people in other and the guide as in the instructor and the life guard will be with us. We've to follow whatever they say."

Shamika said, "I don't know why but I'm nervous, I don't even know to swim. River rafting at the Ganga river is one of the scariest activities."

Ayesha said, "Shami have faith babe don't worry. Goddess Ganga won't let you drown. Pray to her all the time."

Niraj said, "yes babe nothing will happen to you, I'll be there by your side. Don't worry."

Shamika said, "I trust you NIRAJ."

Ayush said, "ok guys come on now. Enough of PDA. I'm missing Diya right now."

We all yelled teasingly, "Awww.......lover boy!"

We walked out of the house and got inside the car. The driver drove out as soon as we were settled inside the car. After about 45 minutes we reached the rafting point. We got out of the car and met our guide. He gave us the stuff for our protection and asked us to wear it. He gave us instructions and we listened to them attentively. Shamika was scared. She was ready to back off but Niraj managed to make her feel confident and comfortable.

Honestly, even I was a little scared because I knew how to swim in a swimming pool that to just basic not like an expert swimmer. But like Aysh said I've full faith  on Goddess Ganga she won't let anything happen to me.

Ayesha said, "come on guys it's going to be fun I'm already excited. I can swim for a bit know in the Ganga river where there are no rapids.?"

The guide said, "yes you can we'll help you out with that."

Ayush said, "don't be crazy Aysh."

Ayesha said, "I'm the swimming champion bhaiya don't worry you know right I've learnt swimming and I know to swim very well."

Ayush said, "yes."

The guide said, "all right guys so let's begin but before that say GANGA MAIIYA KI JAY."

We all yelled, "GANGA MAIIYA KI JAY." If you all are wondering what we just said then let me tell you we prayed to Ganga river. We just took her name loudly.

We all took our positions. Niraj, Shamika, Ayush were in one raft and me, Ayesha, Vikram and Tanya were in the other. We began the rafting. It was so much fun. I could experience the adrenaline rush and the excitement which spread all over my body. I touched the water it was so icy cold, cold enough to make me tremble. Our raft almost sank a few times because of the constant splashing of water. Ayesha was enjoying it to the fullest amongst all the seven of us. She loves adventures I guess. Others were yelling out of excitement and nervousness. Ayesha was so happy. I was also very happy. She's having a wonderful time with us I'm so glad. I can do anything to make her happy.
