"goddamn it" i can feel her passive aggressiveness through her text "did you tell her you like five minutes away" i heard finneas suggest "she just text me she's going out for a few so it's no use" i shut down his suggestion

"bils we're here" finneas said a little louder for me to hear "oh i'm sorry" i said while opening the car door "thank you for dropping me off" "anytime billie i'm your brother after all and i'm here for you if you need me" he smiled at me to reassure me i smiled back close the car door jogged to y/n's apartment door on the first floor of the apartment complex, unlocked the door turned to waved at finneas then walked in as he drove away.
i noticed y/n's car was still outside "so she walked" i said out loud to myself thinking on the places she could've walked to "park" i said to myself again

i heard my phone dinging but i was too focused on finding y/n a sweater it's cold out once i found one i jogged to the door unlocking it to get outside closing and locking it once i did and went to the park that's like two minutes away from her apartment 'why didn't i just told her come home instead of making her stay in the cold' "jesus i'm a dumbass." i said laughing to myself.
i saw y/n sitting on the bench near the entrance of the park and smoke coming for in front of her "BABE" i yelled to get her attention she turned to me and rolled her eyes taking another hit then putting it out she started getting up from the bench walking towards me "here you go baby" i said smiling handing her the sweater "thank you" she said pulling it over her head "why didn't you tell me you were going to be late" she said putting the hoodie up on her head stuffing her hands in the hoodies pocket
"i really forgot baby, i'm so sorry" i felt so bad "i thought you were mad at me when you said you were going to go smoke" i admitted
"i was mad but now i'm waiting for the weed to hit i don't want to ruin my night by being in a bad mood" she said smiling towards me "although next time you break a promise i'll kill you" she said sounding a little too serious "you wanna go on a walk with me darling" she asked me in her normal upbeat manner "yeah i'll like that" i said as i reached for her hand, she grabbed it and we started to walk around the park side by side.
" you were just kidding about the kill me thing right" i genuinely asked a little scared of her "maybe" y/n answered back still facing forward "i love you"
