A/N- oop, I know I said I was inconsistent, but i was just gone for almost a month. sorry about that. anyways here's another update. hope you like it. ok enjoy!!!

"So, you had cancer? And that is why you moved?" Avery asks and I nod. "Mhm" I reply. "Now, where did I leave off?" I say and I give her a little kiss on her forehead.
Flash back
"I wake up to my brother bursting into my room, being his annoying little self. Don't get me wrong I love him, but he's a thirteen-year-old boy... love can only carry you so far. "What the heck?" I say as he starts to bounce on my makeshift bed.
"The moving truck is here" he says still bouncing on the air mattress. "Dude, stop it!" I say and I hit him with a pillow which makes him finally stop. "Mom said to get you downstairs to that you can get your stuff out of the moving truck. We all woke up earlier and got our stuff out, the rest of it is yours." He says and I just nod.
"Ok tell mom I'm going to change out of my Pjs and I'll be right out" I say and he jumps off of the air mattress "Okie dokie artichoke?" he says and I just laugh at him. He sounds just like dad. When he leaves my room, I lay back down on the mattress, and I open up my phone, calling my best friend.
Me and her had been best friends since the summer before 7th grade at art camp. She was so shy when we first met, but after that she was the craziest person I ever met. (lol true) The phone rings a few times before she finally answered.
"hey bitch" she yelled into the phone and I put her on speaker phone so I could get ready. "Hi gurly" I say as I open up my closet to the few clothes that I had put in there the night before. I pick out an outfit that would be easy to unpack in, but still cute.
"How's the house, what does it look like, is it as bad as you thought?" she says and I just laugh. Paige is the only person from my old life that I didn't cut off contact with. Before everyone found out about my cancer, I told her about it. She actually found out before my brother did.
"Its actually really nice, my room has white walls, which I'm going to have to fix, but it might take a while to get them to be as chaotic as I want them to be." I say and she laughs. "There is also this big window and it has a gorgeous view of this creek; I can't wait to paint the sunset of it."
"You sound happy" She says and I just laugh. "Why wouldn't I be." I say. "Just a lot has happened in the last few weeks. Everyone found out about your secret, your family just up and moved across the country, you had to break up with Parker (A/N- no offence to anyone named Parker)
"Ah ya, kinda forgot about him" Parker and I had dated for almost a year when I found out about my cancer. I kept it a secret from him because I didn't know how he would take it. Once I felt confident enough with him, I told him, and he did the unthinkable.
Flashback... (Inside a flashback? I guess so)
"HOW COULD YOU" I shout at Parker as he tries to explain himself. "I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU WENT AND LITERALLY TOLD EVERYONE!" "I didn't mean to it just came out." He says and I just shake my head. "THINGS LIKE THAT JUST DON'T SLIP OUT! YOU DON'T JUST SAY 'OH YA MY GIRLFRIEND HAS CANCER'" I shout moving my arms all around.
"I promise I didn't mean to say it!" he says getting closer to me. "I love you" he says as he grabs my face and puts his lips on mine. We had kissed many times before, but this time I just wasn't having it. "WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU." I say as I pull away from the kiss looking up at him. "I'M PISSED AT YOU AND YOU THINK THAT KISSING ME IS GOING TO FIX ANYTHING." I shout and he pulls me into another kiss.
I pull away again and I slap him across the face. "This is not the time nor the place" I say with a bitch face. "Get out" "What?" he says confused. "I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT" I shout and point towards the door. (A/N- that just made me think about the tiktok trend where it's like "take your finger, cock it")
He scoffs at me as he walks towards the door. "oh, and parker" I say and he looks at me, standing in the doorway of my bedroom. "We're done" I say and he storms out of the room, slamming the door behind him.
(Back to normal time)
"Callie? CALLIE" Paige yells and it pulls me back into real time. "ya? Sorry I zoned out." I respond to her. "It's fine, I was just saying that I have to go, my mom's calling me." She tells me. "Oh ok, tell her hi for me." I reply to her and she scoffs, "she'll probably be happy to hear that. She likes you better than she likes me." She says and I just laugh.
"Still mad you came out as bi?" I ask. "Mhm, she's debating on sending me to conversion camp" (This part isn't actually true cause I haven't come out to her yet, but most likely would be true.) "Ok bye" I say. "Bye hoe" she says and hangs up the phone. I quickly change into the fit I picked for the day and made my way downstairs.

Once I make it downstairs, I find my family all in the kitchen. "Hey Cal, we are about to go furniture shopping." My mom says and I just nod. "Do you want to come or do you want to stay and set your room up?" my dad adds. "I'll stay" I reply. As I leave the kitchen and head out to the front where the moving truck is.
I start taking the stuff in, box by box into my room, figuring out how I want to set it all up.
