"Hand me the screwdriver?"
You sifted through the tool bag, trying to find the right item. You pulled it out and handed it to Yoongi.
"Thank you, Sunflower. Now, come lift the door so I can screw these in tighter."
Yoongi was glad to have a helping hand fixing the door. Of course, he would have been able to work on it himself, but having you there helping him made the job seem a hundred times easier. You quickly moved to lift the door from the handles. It gave him enough leverage to properly tighten the top hinge to both the door and the frame.
"Knock, knock."
You peered around the door. A smile grew on your face once you saw Namjoon, Taehyung, Jungkook, and Hoseok. Though, it dropped slightly when Namjoon threw a frown in your direction. Yoongi motioned for you to let go of the door and let the boys through. Jungkook and Hoseok pushed through after you had stepped away, each sending you a bright smile in return.
"Hey, Nugget, come help us unpack," Jungkook called as he passed by you.
You sighed.
"When are you ever gonna let that up? I ate defrosted chicken nuggets one time..."
"Never," he called back with a giggle.
You followed after the two boys. They sat their backpacks on the kitchen table, a loud thud coming from the both of them. The contents of their packs spilled out the second they unzipped the pockets. From Hoseok's, packages of bandages, gauze, medical tape, and alcohol wipes fell to the floor. He dove down to catch the items. You moved to help, but as you reached for a pack of gauze, something hit your head from above. You looked beside you to find a bag of jerky lying on the floor. Picking up both items, you stood to face Jungkook with a brow raised in amusement.
"Really?" you laughed.
The boy shrugged. He snatched the snack from your hand before pulling out more things from his backpack. Most of it, other food items.
"Y/N," a voice whined behind you.
You turned to see Taehyung dragging his bag behind him as he approached you and the two others. He held a playful pout on his lips when he noticed he gained your attention.
"Your boyfriends are mean. I was behind Namjoon hyung and I got stuck when they decided to practically make out in front of me."
You held a hand against your mouth to keep from bursting into laughter. Though, Taehyung noticed and sent you a small glare before sticking his tongue out at you. You threw your hands out in front of you, shaking them slightly.
"Sorry, sorry," you feigned guilt. "Come on, let's see what ya got."
Taehyung, with a snort, tossed his bag onto the table as well. The sudden weight shook a few things off the table, earning complaints from Hoseok and Jungkook. Taehyung ignored the two men, opening his backpack to show you what he had stuffed in it. There were a few small snacks at the top, but your eyes caught a glimpse of some kind of shiny box. You reached for it as he set aside the snacks. You were surprised to see a game in your hands.
"What's this?"
Taehyung looked at you with a smile.
"I thought we'd play some games together when we get bored. There's a few others in there, too. I wasn't sure what everyone would like, so I grabbed a couple different ones."
The box in your hand was only a simple board game, but the reasoning behind it made your smile gleam brighter.
"I'm sure the others will appreciate it, Tae. We definitely needed something like this."
