The night was cold today, even for Thailand. Third was roaming the half-empty streets of Bangkok with a phone and few bucks Khai thrust into his hand in his pocket,  just to get rid of him for tonight. It was hard to see him with women before, and it was certainly more painful to witness it with his own eyes. He tried to meet with Two and Bone, but they were both busy with their girls, so he settled with aimless walking. The money he had wasn't enough to book a room for the night. He could only buy himself something small to eat, yet he wasn't mad at Khai.

He was passing the narrow alley when the big hand grabbed his shoulder, pulling him inside. He was unable to register what happened when the heavy punch landed on his abdomen. He fell to the ground, curling himself in the tiny ball, trying to protect his head with his hands. His ribs probably cracked after one of the stronger kicks. He finds himself pleading with the person to stop, sobbing, but it didn't help. He got a few more blows before a hand started to search in his pockets, taking everything he had.

Third lied on the hard surface, barely conscious, letting the cold night breeze soothe his bruised face. His eyes felt heavy as they slowly began to close. His last thought before he passed out belongs to Khai, who chased him out of the flat. The man he falls in love with.
