Chapter 3

Minju's POV

Students piled outside of the locker rooms, heading towards the sports hall like ants leaving their colonies. Students talked amongst themselves, with me being silent and not reaching out to anyone to join their casual conversation. With nothing to occupy my thoughts, it only lead to wondering what happened earlier which I found strangely unusual. While everyone was in the locker rooms changing, everyone steered away from being close to Yujin. It wasn't surprising since they did explain that they've done some stuff that might put themselves in the wrong idea of people, but was it that bad? I would've thought that at least a few people would be casual with her, but no she just acted like a shadow in a corner, not to be seen.

Finally, everyone arrived inside the sports hall, lining up in an organized line as if we were in a strict military camp. I peeped my head out and looked from side to side, cautiously looking for Yujin, barely spotting her at one end of the line, however a bit too far from the person closest to her, leaving a bit of a gap in between them. The teacher arrived soonly after, clipboard at hand with their notes, before calling attendance and explaining what was to happen.

"So today we are going to be doing dodgeball, however first we are going to stretch with the partners I'm going to assign you," he ranted on, his eyes rolling from side to side as he was looking at the clipboard and occasionally raising them to look at the students in front of him. "So firstly, Ahn Yujin and Kim Minju please," he called out.

3rd Person's POV

Minju's eyes glowed at the news, thinking it was a good opportunity for her to get closer to the person she was thinking about, whilst Yujin just groaned in despair at the announcement.

Yujin looked towards Minju with a I'm so done face, Yujin then looked back at the teacher with a neutral, blank face, not showing any concerns whatsoever. "Ahn Yujin and Kim Minju you may now go out further into the school hall." The teacher said with a semi strict tone with his clipboard firmly in his hands, looking at the other names on that board.

Minju skipped her way towards her partner. Once she came close, she did a final bunny hop, landing near Yujin with her signature bright smile. "So, let's get going and start stretching?" Minju asked, walking backwards to one end of the gym, hoping for her partner to follow closely after her.

Yujin as always simply sighs and walks over towards her partner with a displeased look plastered on her face. She is looking at the most bright girl in this school hall wondering,

'how can she be so carefree and happy 24/7.' She gets on the other side of the school alongside Minju.

The energetic girl was already doing some stretches by herself, with her left arm stretched out and across her body, while the right arm goes up and holds her shoulder, and then repeats the action but opposite the arms. Once she finishes she circles her shoulders clockwise, before getting closer to Yujin and asking, "so, how are we going to stretch?"

"Don't ask me pretty face." Yujin goes down on her knees, stretching her legs, positioning herself to the left stretching the right leg out and vice versa, looking up at her.

"Hmph, alright then," she said with a minor pout, hoping for more cooperation but wasn't sure how to do duo stretching. She sits down, with her legs spread, she twists her body to one foot, stretching her upper body towards it, her arms following to grab the end of her shoe, and then repeat with the other side.

Yujin gets up slowly, she then slowly twists her upper body, she repositions a bit and then makes her upper body go horizontally down to the left stretching her core, then she does the same thing but to the right.

"So before break ended, what were you going to say?" the sat girl asked, her legs crossed as faced Yujin with an interested expression, hoping to get her answer.
