"Good morning."

"She hears the words but shrugs it off as if it was to someone else, she thinks. 'Just focus on the board and don't look to your side, she simply isn't talking to you.'

"Good morning," the previous speaker repeats, holding their hand out towards the seated girl. Her smile was unwavering.

The previous responder looks outside the window ignoring the girl. She looks at the birds chirping and joyfully flying in the air. 'I wish I was as free as these birds.' She looks to the right side of the window only to see the nice hue of the sun, color her and blind her eyes a bit, she sees the sun rise up with a bored nonchalant look.

The standing girl looked out the same window, admiring the same view. "It is a good morning, right?" she asked, looking back to the sitting girl, " , the birds are singing their pretty songs and the sun is shining extra bright today. Don't you think so?"

The sitting girl thinks to herself 'Well, there goes another day of not being interrupted or bullied with.' She keeps on ignoring the cheerful girl with all her might, she keeps on looking at the sun, distracting her from that cheerful girl looking at her.

"It's a bit rude to ignore someone, isn't it?" she joked, while going around the table and claiming the seat next to her. She took some of the necessary contents out of her bag onto the desk, before looking at the other girl hoping for some sort of communication.

The girl ignoring her glances once at her with a fierce look and looks back at the window with some resentment in her eyes reflecting from the window. She looks back at her bag and finds her books, she waits for the teacher for the longest time to come.

Sighing, the cheerful girl persisted on getting the other girl to talk, "C'mon, say something," she begged, hoping for a response.

The sorrowful girl persisted herself to not talk to the cheerful girl, she laid her head down on the desk with her hands on top of the desk supporting her head, she shakes her head in denial, hoping the cheerful girl would stop nagging her.

'Maybe she's not having a good day,' she thought to herself, deciding to stop talking to her for the moment. She turned around to the other side to face other people, waving her hand childishly towards her friends with a bright smile.

The tired, bored girl hears the teacher coming in with their huge worksheet and laptop, the teacher comes up to her little corner of the room and says "Today we're going to be dissecting a frog," the teacher comes out of the room to grab the frogs. She keeps her head low.

"A dissection?" the bright girl asks herself quietly, a bit worried in anticipation. She loved nature and animals alike, so for a dissection to be happening would leave her in a little less happy state.

The bored, sad girl's ears perked up with the sound of dissection coming from the teacher, she looked up to see the teacher be gone in an instant to grab all the dead frogs. She was finally facing the chalkboard, a bit excited inside her to finally do something interesting in her life.

"So how do you feel about the dissection? Haha.." the nervous girl fumbled with her fingers, tapping her foot. Since she really didn't want to do what the teacher had planned for the class, but seen as it was inevitable for the young girl to experience the dissection, she hoped that her table partner would help her.

"I'm fine with it." The tired girl said, with a intrigued yet emotionless face. She taps with her foot in unison with the nervous girl, her anticipation is slowly growing, waiting for the teacher to come through that door with the frogs.

"Then if you don't mind.." she asks in a quiet tone, "could you help me with the dissection please? I don't think I could handle it really well," she smiled shyly. She felt like she was gambling when talking to the other girl, as her stubbornness and lack of communication makes her feel like for things to be in her favour is going to be impossible.
