First sight / cordelia Goode

The first impression

The story takes place kind of in between coven and apocalypse but definitely after the hank situation lol ( I hate the guy ) , cordelia is already the supreme and she starts to recrute young witches , yet there isn't many .

Emy:
"Fuck! " you say to yourself as you just fall on the ground while you were running . You just tripped on to something and fell on the ground hurting your wrist pretty bad on the way.
You hissed from the pain but you get back up and keep running for a little while , until you reach safety . In the moment you felt you were far enough you slow down you pace and looked at you're now very swollen wrist, "great like my day couldn't get any better " .
That is definitely not a little injury that is gonna stop you from finding what you were looking for . After what seems like hours you finally found what you were looking for , in front of you stood this big white mansion that you previously saw on television, and that was miss robichaux academy for exceptional young lady.
The truth is that this place is my last hope to maybe start over , I can't explain it but I felt like this place would help me cope with my problems. My problems , which by that I mean my dad is what got my to this place , I finally find the courage to escape him as soon as I heard of this place . As long as I can remember I always was able to to little tricks when I was younger , like I could move something without touching it or set something on fire ( that particular trick caused me a lot a trouble let me tell you ) , usually I wasn't in control that just happens but with time I could really move objects but that was because I actually tried . For the letting things on fire part I still have no control over it tough it just happens when I'm angry or upset .
I took a deep breath and I step forward the entrance . When I knock on the door a couple seconds later a young lady who look like my age open the door. " hello " she warmly said to me while approaching her hand to shake mine , instinctively I approach my left hand but when we shook hands the pain made me realize that this is the hand were I fell before . " oh! Sorry , are you ok it looks like it hurt " the young witch says with a lot of concern in her voice . " yeah it's fine I just fell not long ago " I reply , " so I'm here because I saw the video and ... " before you had a chance to continue , a very beautiful woman come see who Zoe is talking to at the door . You recognize her from the video , she is even more beautiful that in the video you thought to yourself. You must have been daydreaming because you didn't heard her talking to you . " hey , are you ok sweetie ? " she asks , and that is her voice that pull you out of your thoughts. " yeah sorry , well actually I'm here because of the video that you did , I'm sorry I maybe should have called or something but ... ", " no it's okay I'm glad you saw the video , my name is cordelia Goode i am the headmistress and also the supreme of this coven " she says to you with the most warm smile .
" Zoe why don't you go join the others while I take .. " she paused looking at you , " Emy " you answer. " while I take Emy to my office so we can talk a little " the supreme finally says . " sure , it was nice meeting you , maybe I see you around then ? " and with that Zoe walks away deeper in the house leaving you with cordelia .
You follow cordelia inside and she guides you to her office , you can't help but look around to see a very nice decorated house , the main color is white but there is little touches of black here and there . Cordelia's office is upstairs. Once you've reach her office , she goes sit in the chair on the other side of the office and with a hand waves invite you to sit on the other side .
You don't know why but you start to feel a little nervous , what if I don't make a good impression, what if she doesn't think I belong here or what if I'm not powerful enough you think to yourself. She then again pull you out of your thoughts by asking you about your powers . You took a deep breath and say " well I'm not sure if I'm very powerful but as long as I can remember I was always able to do little tricks " you said , she smile when you use the word tricks to describe your powers but then she ad ,
" tricks huh ? Like what ? " she says curiously, " well I can move objects without touching then it's like I think about it and the object move , I also can let things on fire but I can't really control it it happens when I'm angry or upset " . She listen to you carefully and it's something that you are not really use to . While we are still talking a little , You need to scratch your cheek and out of reflex of course You try to use your injured hand , You let out a little noise of pain but that doesn't go unnoticed by cordelia she then look at you with concern " are you ok sweetie what happen to your wrist " , you think about it for a moment you didn't want to tell her that you fell because you were escaping your house , especially your dad and you definitely didn't want to tell her all of the story behind the reason of the escape . " I fell on the way here and it's still pretty swollen " and that's all you said . She looked at you with a concerned look but nodded at your answer before telling you that you're gonna need to take care of your wrist later .
She then asks you something that filled your heart with joy. " would you like me to show you your room and then the house ? "
You were so relief that meant that you didn't had to go back home , " wait that mean I can stay ? " you said , " well yes of course isn't that why you came in the first place ? " she answer to you in a playful tone .
You just smile at her and then follow her down the hall , she then lead you to a quite big room and she then explain to you that this is your room . " so this is your room , you can decorate it if you'd like , all of the girls have there personal room cause were not a lot yet " the older woman explain , " I'll let you settle in and then I'll show you the house but before please can you follow me ? " the supreme says to you , you don't really questioned her and you just follow her , she lead you downstairs and then out of the house in a little place outside with a lot of windows and a lots of plants . You can't stop looking around and observing all of the plants that surrounds you , you always been a fan of nature and plants . " well someone looks happy to have discover this place " she said to you pulling you out of your thoughts for the third time today . " yeah I definitely am " you said . While you keep looking she approaches you with a pot of green mud . You look at her with a questioned look because you don't understand what is happening, " give me you hand I'm gonna treat your wrist " she said amused by your look. She then apply the mud and you already Feel the pain vanishing .
" all done , your wrist is still gonna look a little swollen and blue for a few days but at least pain isn't gonna be a problem anymore" " thank you miss Goode " you said . She then escorted you back to your room , " well I'll let you settled in then " , " is that all you got ? " she says looking at your only two bags " hum , yeah it's all I got , let's just said I left in a hurry and I just pack what I could " you said with a little sadness in your voice " alright then if you need anything I'll be in my office okay sweetie ? "
" thank you miss Goode " you answer "of course , and please dear, call me cordelia " she said laughing a little bit .
You're glad that she didn't insist and you smile at the pet name she just give you . She left the room and you start unpacking thinking to yourself
I think I'm gonna like it here .

A/n: that's all for the first chapter it's kinda long but Im pretty satisfied with it , if there Is any big mistakes please let me know and if they are just little mistakes , well pretend you didn't see anything 😎
I'm gonna take it slow for the relationship between cordelia and Emy (the reader )but it's definitely gonna happen ( I mean c'mon )
