Rhodes Island on Remnant{Arknights x RWBY Crossover}Cancelled

Chapter 5

*Kingdom of Atlas*

The Airship that was sent from Vale to pick up any infected who have chosen to go to Rhodes Island to be treated for Crystalline Virus. The Airship landed and everyone walked out and Shockvolt walked over to one of the Border guards and held up the scroll Ozpin gave him. "We're here to pick up the patients that have decided to go to Rhodes Island for treatment." Shockvolt said to him. The Border guard who appeared to be a high ranking officer. "Yes. We've been expecting you......" The officer said and Shockvolt noticed that the officer has a strained expression on his face. "Is there something the matter?" He asked the officer and the officer sighed. "Well you see there's several citizens of Atlas who are refusing to travel with the people of Mantle or any Faunus." The officer explained and Shockvolt sighed and nodded. They were then led to the location of where the people who were infected with the Crystalline Virus were gathered. They were split into two groups. One group was easily identified as citizens of Atlas as all of them were very well dressed. The second group were a mixture of middle class citizens and Faunus. The two groups were not separated by the Atlesian Border guards but by the Atlesian citizens themselves as they refused to be near the people they deemed beneath them. Shockvolt looked at the two groups then walked right over to the second group. "Can I have everyone's attention please!" He said to the group and they all looked at him. 

The Atlesian citizens looked surprised that Shockvolt approached the other group first. "I am Shockvolt and I am from Penguin Logistics. We were contracted by Rhodes Island to provide you guys with escort back to Rhodes Island as we are well aware of the dangers that are on the way so do not worry as we will keep you safe. We have a few Rhodes Island operators with us as well so if you have any questions feel free to ask them!" He said and motioned to Wrecker, Provence, Zachary, Wraith, and Mudrock. They all waved at them and Shockvolt smiled. "Now if you all will follow us! We will take you back to Vale for treatment!" Shockvolt said completely ignoring the first group. "Hey what do you think you're doing you stupid Animal?! You're supposed to take us to Rhodes Island not those, Those, People!?" One of the Atlesian citizens said and Shockvolt glared at him. "I really don't like people like you and Rhodes Island doesn't need people like you there! Besides once treatment for the Crystalline Virus is found to be effective you'll all be receiving it here!" Shockvolt said and the guy was a little scared from the look Shockvolt gave him but didn't back down. "Who do you think you are to prioritize those animals over us?!" The man said to him and Shockvolt turned to face him. "The person who was put in charge of this transport! So I'll make this as clear as possible! You can either stop being all high and mighty and come with us for treatment or stay here and wait! I have no problem with either one but I will not stand by and let your self proclaimed entitlement affect these people because you think you're king of the world ***hole!?" Shockvolt said leaving the Atlesian citizens in shock at his words.

The guy started talking again but was now stuttering and couldn't find the words to reply to Shockvolt though some of them especially the ones who were taking their children to Rhodes Island to be treated for the virus got up and followed Shockvolt and he let them on board the airship and he even waited about 10 minutes to see if the rest of the Atlesian citizens would follow but none of them did so he boarded the airship and closed the doors and the airship left. Taiyang walked over to him. "Was it really alright to leave those guys?" Taiyang asked him and Shockvolt looked at him. "Doctor said that they should be the ones to choose if they come with us or not. I gave them time to suck up their pride and come with us but they chose not to so it's their problem." Shockvolt explained and Taiyang nodded. "I guess you're right. So how did them calling you an animal not piss you off?" Taiyang asked and Texas who was sitting nearby eating one of her pocky chocolates spoke up. "He was pissed off. After all he did curse at the guy!" Texas explained and Shockvolt chuckled softly and nods. "Yeah I kinda did lose my cool back there." He said as Zachary and Mostima walked over. "Yeah one way to tell when Shockvolt is mad is when he starts to curse which is opposite of his calm and collected demeanor." Zachary said and Taiyang nodded. "By the way Wraith is already talking to Dr. Kal'tsit about what happened here and apparently she's okay with how you handled the situation." Zachary explained and Shockvolt nodded. "That's good I was kinda worried she might cut my pay!" He replied with a smile and Zachary chuckled softly. "Yeah I hear you there! Dr. Kal'tsit can be scary at times!" He replied and Shockvolt nods with a smile.

After this Wrecker, Wraith, Provence, and Mudrock were currently talking to the people they were transporting to Vale and were basically answering questions and just being friendly to everyone to try and put them at ease. Shockvolt on the other hand was currently playing a game of cards with Texas, Taiyang, and a few of the kids who are infected with the Crystalline Virus while Zachary and Mostima were talking with the kids parents about the treatments Rhodes Island has been developing for the Crystalline Virus and basically trying to put them at ease. The Airship encountered a few Grimm on the way back to Vale but thanks to the operators from Penguin Logistics, Rhodes Island, and the Huntsmen and Huntresses from Vale they made easy work of them and made it back to Vale safely. Once the Airship landed at Vale they led them to Rhodes Island and Dr. Kal'tsit, Doctor, and Amiya were there to great them. "Welcome to Rhodes Island. If there is anything you need please just let us know!" Amiya said as she took them all inside.
