Yes I'm A Rogue, And Your Still A Jerk!

Chapter 4

I know I haven't updated in a while but trust me I plan on updating more often mostly on weekends. And so after so long here is the update you've all been waiting for. Chapter 4 took me a very short ammount of time and it is short so don't get mad at me I already know you are.

Chapter 4

Echo would be seen traveling to Asia and would vanish in the Alps on a scientific research exploration to work out how someone (Dr. Ezila Rodriguez) could preserve and keep alive a body in the frigid air and freezing snow. Which my friend CeeCee who is a scientist in Europe, might be willing to go on if I called her up and have her visit me, Ijust need to call her to come to see me in LA for a bit since I would need to be there by tomorrow.

Now I need to call up Sophie and her husband Kyler to see if it were all right if I came to see them in a few days. Naturally I would call them as Hope since that was who they knew me as.

I paced my room in the mansion not wanting to go to sleep just yet. I knew that if I did then I would only dream about Zeke. I knew I would be tortured with the thought that he would be right upstairs and I wouldn't be able to go to my mate.

No snap out of it Echo, he's just going to turn you away and reject you and you won't be pained by it just let it alone.

I steeled myself and walked over to the closet with my clothes and some of the clothes that Ashlin had bought for me. It dawned on me right then that Ashlin would have been close to my best friend if I stayed here. That made me shudder Ashlin would never, no could ever be my friend.

I grabbed my suitcase I could make it to a hotel tonight and then leave early in the morning. That was a good plan and it solved all of my problems that had arose that night from the mating ceremony. I grabbed my two suitcases and began filling them with clothes and other things that I had brought.

I was done in a matter of minutes packing and unpacking had grown so easy since I had to do that a lot. My methods and systems in packing were perfect, too bad the rest of my life couldn't be that way to.

I walked out of the door as quietly as I could. Everyone would be off with their mates and I did not need to be a part of that and I did not want anyone remembering which direction I had gone as I snuck away in the dead of night from this place again.

I made it down to the living room before I got caught by one of the two guys that I absolutely hated at this place.

"Where do you think your going so late at night. You would think that the mysterious Echo would actually want to be with her mate tonight."

"You would think that wouldn't you, but you know what I don't think that my mate likes me at all. I think that he would much rather be with that slut Ashlin then little me."

"Echo please stay I need you. I do-"

"No Zeke, you don't . I know you, you will turn on me and then reject me. I can't and I won't make myself go through that pain. Please let me go."

"I'm sorry but I can't do that."

"Then stick to your promise." I said to Zeke moving towards the door.

He moved with me and beat me to the door. He brushed my cheek with one hand and grabbed my other hand with his. "I will if you leave, but please stay. Stay with me." He looked like a lost puppy.

"I'm sorry Zeke but I can't" I shook my head I got rid of his hand on my face, unfortunately he then kissed me.

My mind melted all opposition to him vanished and the needed to get away went away to. I kissed him back passionately. I wanted to stay with him, I wanted this thing between us to be a reality.

Carly's voice broke into my head and suddenly I was sucked into her place of peace.

"Do you love my son?" She asked me.

I tried to read her eyes to see if I could find a way to read her emotions.

"I don't know, now I do but he will hurt me just like he did before. I need to leave Luna I'm sorry."

"I understand completely I felt the same about my mate I didn't leave the first time but then he cheated on me. I left then. He found me a year later in Europe as a model dating a rock star that you wouldn't know about. He swept me off my feet. He needed that shove, my boy needs it know. I'll ask you again are you going to leave?"

My resolve was firm if she made it a year without her mate, maybe I could stay away for longer. "Yes I am."

My eyes opened I was still being kissed by Zeke, my back was to the door and he was holding me tight. I loved his hands on me the sparks that flew along my skin. I almost lost it again. I pushed hard on his shoulders  with my hands.

He looked stunned.

I smiled at him. God I am not going to fall for him with his black hair and blue eyes. "I'm leaving Zeke, good bye I hope to never see you again."

And I meant it with every fiber of my being.

I told you it was short but got tuns of stuff in it mostly at the end yes now that you know her plans everything has to go wrong right, absolutely.
