Chapter 9

It felt like Mizuki was flying for hours, the moon was starting to fall. Morning would be here soon. She tiredly looked ahead, her eyes widened as she saw the 1-A dorms. Her eyes held tears of joy, she picked up her pace, flying as fast as she could.

She flew down to the doors, landing with a small thud, her wings retracted back to her sides. She quietly opened the door and slipped in, the door closing behind her.

She breathed in the familiar scent of the dorms, tears forming in her tired eyes. She walked over to the elevator and pushed the button for the third floor. The elevator had started to rise and soon, she was on the third floor.

She stepped out, noticing that the lights were on. She looked over to the kitchen and saw a familiar White and Crimson Red-haired man. She felt tears slowly running down her face. "Todoroki?" She asked, she thought she was dreaming.

Todoroki looked up from his soba, shocked to hear that voice. He turned around, his eyes widened. "Mizuki?" He asked standing up and walked over to her.

Mizuki felt her tears roll off her chin, and she walked over to him. Soon the two of them were a few centimeters apart. Mizuki suddenly pulled Todoroki into a tight hug, resting her chin on his shoulder, her tears falling off her face and onto Todoroki's skin. "Todoroki! Oh god did I miss you!" She whispered in Todoroki's ear.

Todoroki tightly hugged her back, "Mizuki, where have you been? You've been gone for a month." He said, his voice cracking a bit. Mizuki's eyes widened, "A... A month?" She asked, pulling away from the hug.

Todoroki looked Mizuki in the eyes, then down at her neck. His eyes widened when he saw the collar, "Mizuki, what happened to you?" he asked as he looked her up and down, noticing the cuts in her face, neck, shoulder, arms, and wings.

Mizuki turned her head away, "I-I'll tell everyone once they wake up. But for now, can I sleep with you?" She asked, looking down a bit. Todoroki gave her a small smile, "Of course you can. But first, let's clean those wounds." he said as he grabbed her wrist, leading her to the bathroom.

Mizuki whimpered as his hand wrapped around her wrist. Todoroki froze and looked back at her, then down at her wrist. He noticed some large bruises on both her wrists. "I'm sorry Mizuki, I didn't see them," Todoroki said as he looked at her.

Mizuki looked down at her wrists, noticing the bruises. She then looked back up at Todoroki, "It's fine." She said before the two of them continued their way to the bathroom.

Once they got there, Todoroki grabbed the cotton balls, bandages, and Hydrogen Peroxide. Mizuki sat down on the tiled floor and let Todoroki take care of her. Todoroki took off the bandage of Mizuki's cheek, his eyes widened as he saw the deep wound on her cheek. "Mizuki, who did this to you?" He asked as he put some of the Peroxide on the cotton ball.

Mizuki glanced down, "I'll tell you in the morning." She said as Todoroki dapped the cotton ball on her cheek, causing her to flinch ever so slightly. He then cleaned out her other wounds, dapped them with a wet cloth, and covered them with bandages.

He then placed a light kiss on her non-wounded cheek. This caused her to gasp and back away from him,

Deku chuckled, pecking Mizuki on the cheek. He giggled, "There you go Doll!" He then gave her a wide grin. Mizuki held her cheek, shocked at what Deku just did. He kissed her. She didn't think he would. She thought he was trying to kill her.

Deku must have noticed her expression because he smirked and cupped her face with his gloved hands, "Oh, did you like that Doll~? Do you want another?" He purred as he brought his face closer to hers.

She didn't even get the chance to utter a word, as Deku had smashed his lips onto Mizuki's. Mizuki let out a muffled yelp, thrashing around, trying to get away from him. Deku pulled out the device from his pocket, holding it in view of Mizuki's sight, his thumb over the button.

Mizuki's eyes widened and she quickly stopped thrashing around. She just stood there, not wanting to get shocked again. She whimpered as she felt Deku's hand behind her head, pulling her hair a bit. Deku then pulled away, both of them gasping for air. Deku smirked, "Oh, there's no need to whimper Doll! You're safe here, with me!" He giggled out happily, a crazed look in his Green eyes.

Deku pecked Mizuki's cheek, then walked towards the door, "Well, I'll see you tomorrow Doll! Sleep well~" He then switched off the lights, and walked out the door, closing it behind him.

Mizuki had tears streaming down her face, her claws slightly dug into her skull. Todoroki quickly came to her side, hugging her as he did so, "Hey, hey, what's wrong?" he asked worryingly. Mizuki just shook her head, trying to clear her head of that memory. That nightmare.

She soon looked up at Todoroki, her vision slightly blurry from her tears. "L-lets just go to bed..." She said, her voice cracking as she said those few words.

Todoroki gave her a concerned look, but nodded and helped her to her paws. The two of them walked out of the bathroom and they walked to Todoroki's room. Todoroki opened his door and they walked in. Todoroki laid on his bed, Mizuki followed behind him, lying on her side, facing Todoroki.

Todoroki wrapped her arms around her and pulled her closer to him. Mizuki nuzzled into his warmth and had soon fallen asleep, finally being able to dream.
