Mizuki lied on the stone floor, trying to sleep. But she couldn't. She couldn't stop thinking about what had happened earlier. She was still trying to figure out why Deku, her best friend, the one who's always wanted to be the number 1 hero like All Might, was a villain.
She then started to think about what had happened just a few moments ago. Why was he acting like this? Why was he doing this? Why did he do those things to her?
Mizuki touched her neck, her fingers trailing along the bite wound that she was given. She sat up, looking down at her wrists, trying to find a weak spot in the metal bounds.
She turned her wrist over and noticed a small keyhole. She smirked and brought her tail over to the hole. She put the tip of her tail through the keyhole and moved it around a bit. It took her a few minutes, but she was finally able to unlock the bound.
The bound fell off of her wrist and she quickly caught it before it hit the ground. She carefully placed the metal on the floor and used her now free hand to undo the other bound.
She was able to take the bound off fairly easily. She smirked and placed the other bound on the ground. She brought her wings down to her arms, reaching for the bounds, she had to work quickly. She didn't know when Deku would be back.
She managed to pick the locks on the bounds, causing them to come undone. She grabbed the bounds and carefully placed them on the ground. She stretched her sore wings. She already knew that she couldn't get the collar off, but she needed to break the chains.
She turned around so the chains were in front of her. She started to chew on the chains, hoping that they weren't that strong. She sat there for a minute, she sighed and used a small part of her fire to melt the chains.
The part of the chain that was connected to the wall quietly tapped the wall, not making much noise. She let out a sigh of relief and walked around the room, trying to find a way out.
The only thing she saw was the door, but she knew that someone would catch her if she went through it. She looked at the walls and noticed a small hole. She tilted her head and walked over to it. She looked out of the hole and saw the starlit night sky.
Her eyes widened, she had almost forgotten what the night sky looked like. She shook herself out of her daze, remembering what she was trying to do. She backed up from the wall a bit, her throat glowed a Dark Purple color, and without a second thought, she used her acidic fire, melting a hole in the wall.
Once the hole was big enough for her to fit through, she stopped using her fire and quickly clawed through the hole. She scrambled onto the dirt below her claws, breathing in the cold, fresh night air. She spread her wings and flew into the sky, flying past the trees, loving the breeze rushing over her.
Once she was high enough in the air, she looked around, hoping to know where she was. Her eyes widened as she saw a house that looked familiar. It was her old home.
She shook her head, trying not to think of the memories. She soon made her way over to U.A. She couldn't believe it. She was free.
