I went in the Charms classroom with Lily and the Marauders. Charms has always been one of my favourite class, plus it's not that hard actually!
As we went in, the boys immediately greeted Professor Flitwick.
"Hello Professor!" James greeted.
"Still short as ever!" Sirius winked. The professor looked at them weirdly before shrugging and starting the lesson.
"Now, class.....today we are going to be learning our past discoveries! The levitation charm!" He announced.
"Ooohh! I learned this in my first year! Before we almost got beaten by a troll!" I beamed. The others looked at me weirdly and I looked down in embarrassment.
"You gotta tell us that story!" Sirius said.
"Shush," Lily hissed, "I'm trying to listen to Professor Flitwick!"
"Like always," Sirius rolled his eyes.
"Now, remember the enchantment! Swish and flick!" Professor Flitwick mused.
"Swish and flick!" The class chorused.
"And don't forget to say 'Wingardium Leviosa'! Go on!"
"'Aight! Wingardium Leviosa," James started first. Then, banging his wand in the air. It appears that it didn't work because nothing happened. Dad snorted covering it up with a cough. Peter pat him on the back. Sirius didn't bother to cover up his snort. While I, snickered.
"Stop stop! You're doing it wrong! It's LeviOsa not Leviosah!" Lily corrected, rolling her eyes.
"Then, how about you try it, huh, Lily-flower?" James questions.
Lily raised an eyebrow before chanting, "Wingardium Leviosa!"
The feather, on the table, flew.
"W-what? B-But I- I- I- that's what I said!" James whined, dumbfounded. Then, he huffed, obviously embarrassed that his crush got it right (not that he ever doubted her).
"Ahh! Just like Mione and Ronniekins!" I breathed in a sing-sung voice.
"Who?" Peter incredulously asked.
"Nevermind," I waved it off, still beaming.
"Good job, Miss Evans!" Professor Flitwick gushed.
Lessons went by smoothly after.
