After they came back home, they sat for dinner watching some TV. After one decade Avi finally finished her food and went to her mom and saw her folding clothes and placing them in the cupboard. She went and jumped on the bed.

Avi: Mom. I made a new friend! (She said while jumping on the bed)
Am: Really?
Avi: Yes.
Am: What is his name?
Avi: Siddharth.
Am: Siddharth or Ashu?
Avi: Both. But I will call him Siddharth.
Am: Okay. Now do you want to be late on the first day of school?
Avi: Nooooooo.
Am: Then sleep Muskan else you will be late for school.
Avi: Okay. But where is my dress and bag?
Am: In the cupboard.
Avi: Take them out na.
Am: Now?
Avi: Yesssss.
Am: I will take then out tomorrow when you will get ready for school.
Avi: Noooo. I want them here now. (Pointing above her pillow)
Am: But Muskan.
Avi: Maa pleaseeeeee.
Am: But-
Avi: Pleaseeeeeeeee.
Am: Okay fine.
Avi: Yayyyyy.

Am took out her school uniform and bag. She packed two books and kept it beside Avi's pillow. Avi quickly laid down and drifted off to sleep being excited for new school.

*Next day*
Am: Muskan wake up beta.
Avi: Mumma 2 minutes please.
Am: Wake up beta wake up.
*No response*
Am: Okay you want to be late for school?
Avi: Noo. Just 2 minutes and I will be up myself. You go and make my tiffin.
Am (after 20 seconds): Muskan it's 2 minutes, wake up.
Avi: No you are lying. It's not even 1 minute, I know.
Am: Get up. See papa is ready and waiting for you, your school bus will be here any minute.

(As soon as Avi heard this she jumped off the bed and ran to the washroom.

Am: Muskaan.
Avi: I am fine.
Am: Ugh this kid!

*Time skips*
Avi: Bye maa, bye papa.
Ad: Bye beta and sit beside Siddharth okay?
Avi: Okay.

Avneet's dad said as they faintly saw the face of the school bus which many of you are missing today. The bus stopped near them and they went up in. The bus consisted of two columns each consisting two seats and a row of 5 seats at the back. Avneet went to one of those window seat and Siddharth sat beside her as his dad informed him to.

Girl: Oye Siddharth, who is she?
Sid: Remember I told you about someone joining school?
Boy: Yes, so it's her?
Sid: Yep. This is Avneet, and Avneet they are my friends Jaijeet, Jannat, Sumedh, Bhavesh, Faisal, Ashi and Ashnoor.
Avi: Hello.
Jannat: Hello, so friends?
Avi (smiling): Friends. (Confused) But why are Bhavesh and Ashnoor wearing different uniform?
Ashnoor: They have P.T today.
Avi: Oh so we have different classes (schedules) for everyone?
Sumedh: Yes.

After an hour which felt like 10 minutes they reached school and all went in making a horizontal line.

Avi: Um.. can you help me, I don't know where is my class.
She said with a hint of nervousness.
Anushka: Which class?
Avi: KG A.
Ashi: I am in the same class, let's go.
Avi: Okay.
