Betrayed

A new firefighter

HI EVERYONE!
I am new at writing story.
This idea came to me yesterday and now I am writing it.
I have been a fan of Fireman Sam since I was a small child. Now I have been a fan of Sam and Penny friendship or maybe something more (I also hope it is something bigger) since I returned to watch the show after two years break.
It's all of me now;) Good reading!!!

It is a quiet day in Pontypandy. The sun is shining and nothing announces some changes. The three of firefighters: Sam, Penny and Elvis are sitting in living room at Pontypandy Fire Station. They are on day shift that end at 8 p.m. and all of responsibilities of today have already ended, so they are going to have free time. It is quiet until...
"I want a cup of tea. Do you want too?" asked Elvis his colleagues. He knows Sam want to tell Penny something on their own and when Sam asked him to let them talk a bit, he agreed.
"Not, but thank you" Penny said. "Sam do you want?" she asked her friend.
"No, I don't" he ansewered.
"OK, like you wanted" said Elvis who are walking to the kitchen. When he left, Penny saw Sam's gaze is staring at her.
"What do you want to talk about?" Penny asked him with a confident voice.
"Hmm... You know we have been the friends since we have started working together. We talked a lot and we can count on each other. But..." he started talking when alarm rang.
"Norman Price fell to the mine and can't get out" said Elvis through microphone.
"Come on, let's go" Penny said, riding down to the vehicles and suits.

After an hour
When Sam and Penny come back, Chief Fire Officer Boyce and Station Officer Steele are talking about something in the office. In front of the door the rest of team are staying.
"Arnold, Ellie what are you doing here now? Your shifts start four hours later. And why are all of you staying there?" Penny asked with an suprised voice.
"We know! But Officer Steele want us to come here, because Officer Boyce have an important news for all of us." Ellie explained to her collegues who don't know anything.
Suddenly the doors are opened and the capitans appeared. The firefighters stood straight.
"Good morning team! Maybe you are wondering why I am here. I have got a suprise. In your team will be some changes, because you are having a new member of our firefighting family. You are going to meet your co-worker soon."  said Chief Fire Officer Boyce.
The team was looking at each other for a moment, when the Map Screen 700 said:"Norman Price fell to the mine and can't get out".
"Again" said Sam when Penny are running to the Venus.
"It's called Pontypandy and this is our star - Norman" said Penny, running to the Venus too.
