"Dazai, I have a challenge for you," Oda Stated
Dazai's head perked up in question,
"I want you to try and live a day without me do you expect?"
"Of course, I would never pass up such a great challenge!"

And so the whole day Dazai lived without Odasaku unaware of the surprise that would come the next afternoon.

Before Dazai knew it he was crying holding onto Oda's dead body.

Dazai regretted all the things he never got to tell him. For example like how he loved him, and how Odasaku was his happiness.

He hated that he let his only friend die in his arms that night, he really hated the feeling of guilt.

He knew it was his fault why couldn't he just accept the fact Oda was gone?

He wished he could have stoped Oda from going on the suicide mission but it was no use.

He did this all, for nothing at all.
