As a child, the world is a playground for us to play on. We want to have fun with friends, eat all the candy we can, and pretend our homework was eaten by our pets. We want freedom, and we can't wait to grow up. But, what we don't realize, is that the world is more complex than we think. There are more responsibilities to deal with that we know about. And when life shows up and we are forced to live it, we finally see what our parents are always concerned about.
We learn, every generation, that life is hard. We learn that if we don't work hard to succeed our goals, our dreams, we won't get as far as we thought we would. And reality takes it's toll. It shows true problems, true emotion, and it shows the world was never actually fair. It shows that the world has always been hard to venture through, because all people are ruthless in some way. Sure, we have good days, but that doesn't mean it will stay that way. Things happen to us that we would never wish on our worst enemies. People get sick, people get killed, just because that's what happens. We were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And no matter how hard we try to change that, it will never really go away. So, as a world of unity, all people should just face the fact that all of us get wronged, all of us don't get as much as we should, but we all can try to live life in reality.
