Monday, 7:41 AM, Light's room
I woke up with her face crossing my mind, as always, but today I feel like it's different. I try to follow my intuition most of the time cuz it feels like it's the right choice to take. Today I decided to ask her out, I've been thinking about this all weekend and I have all of it planned exactly. I hope she says yes cuz if she doesn't... I still don't know how much control I still have on myself right now so I am just afraid not to hurt her... That's the last thing I want right now.
I got to school, I'm walking through the gate and I see all the groups of teenagers sitting around, talking to each other. I'm currently looking for her in this group, and ah, there she is! She is wearing her satin pastel pink top, with her favorite white flare jeans. I walk up to her, she sees me and looks happy at me.
M: Hi Light! I've been waiting for you for half an hour already... Where have you been? You usually aren't late
L: Oh hi Misa! I'm sorry I had to be late, I just took a longer shower and I forgot I had to come to school, I'm sorry you had to look for me
M: No it's okay don't worry... I've just been kinda worried about it
Worried? About me? This melted my heart and now I feel even more guilty for making her wait for my nasty ass who could not look at the fucking clock before he got into the bathroom! Ah I feel like shit
L: I'm sorry Misa, I promise I'll try not to be late anymore! It sucks to not be punctual...
M: Yeah I know, it's okay now, classes are about to start so I am gonna go to my locker and pick up my books for first class and you better do that too, you don't want to be late again, do you?
L: Yeah you are right, I'm gonna go now
M: See you this break!
L: I'll be waiting for you here!
And she swinged her hand at me so I did, seeing her walking the stairs. Ah fuck! I forgot to put her journal back in! But I don't think she'll be looking for it now, she is kinda rushing so I'll just put it when I ask to go to the bathroom this class.
8:48 AM, first break
I got up and walked outside with my phone in my hand, taking a seat on the beanch I said I'll wait for her on. I tried looking into my phone until she comes, she usually takes more time before she leaves the classroom. Ah I remember I acted like a bitch this morning! I shouldn't let her wait that long! I through about this all this time but suddenly I hear a voice calling my name.
M: Light!
Says her rushing the stairs to me
L: Hi Misa!
M: Hi, Sorry I'm late, this bitch wanted me to help her with her mascara cuz it looked awful this morning!
Says her pointing to one of her good friends, Yuri
L: Ah don't worry, I just arrived here too! And her mascara doesn't look that bad actually
M: Yeah, I fixed it!
L: Haha okay it's your hand there, You did it very good actually!
M: Hah thank you!
Say it fucker say it what the fuck are you waiting for??
L: Misa, can I ask you something?
M: Oh yeah of course
L: Are you free tonight? I thought maybe we can go for a walk at the beach for some time
M: Omg yes that would be so fun! The beach is my favorite place to go actually!

L: Great! Then I shall come pick you up at 5?
M: Yeah I'm gonna text you my address right now!
She said opening her phone.
Damn, I didn't knew I could actually made it, but I'm more capable that I thought! I still surprise me everyday! I feel like tonight is gonna be the best nights of my life! I'm too excited I gotta calm down
M: It's done! I just texted you my adress
L: Thanks! I promise not to be late anymore!
M: Haha I trust you! Well see you there, Bye Bye!
She said waving at me
