Cisco- Hey Wally why are you meditating
Izuku- trying to open my inner Chakra
All of them- huh
Izuku- Chakra is referring to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay open and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being or to dumb it down inner power and its a way to calm down stress.
M'gann- oh I wanna try
Dick- me too

Izuku- well come sit down then
