"Optimus! What do we hope to find here?" Ratchet asked as they entered the sandy caverns. The sun was high, yet hidden behind a dismal grey cloud, casting no light on the shadowed land they walked through. The place was closed off, like a ring as they walked ahead, the cliff walls looking almost impossible to climb.
"The sight of the largest Cybertronian battlefield in this Galaxy." The past historian announced, his optics full of worry as they scanned the barren wasteland, reminded solemnly of his home. So deserted, so hopeless.
"On Earth?" Ratchet almost scoffed. A great battle, here? Really? "You must be joking!" But he wasn't at all.
"Do you recall the period late in the war when both sides began hiding their Energon spoils off world?"
"Of Course! It's the reason Energon deposits exist on a planet such as this one."
"It is also the reason Battles came to be waged on a planet such as this one. And I fear Megatron's memory is as long as history." He looked ahead gravely, glancing over the dusty plains as the first of rusted corpses drifted into his view.

It had been about 20 minutes since Fowler had left, leaving Bulk to try his best to contact Bumblebee and Arcee, but to no avail. They didn't pick up at all, completely ignoring every single call, till Tua and Bulk had given up. Rose was tasked with keeping the kids busy while they tried, doing her best to distract them with their 'DIY band' idea.
Then came the alarms, that Tua responded to immediately. They were high pitched, resonating around the base and forcing the humans to cover their sensitive ears. "What have we got?" Bulk asked as Tua responded to the alarm.
"It's an SOS. From Fowler! He just left and he's already in trouble." She groaned. Raf stepped forward, reading the text quickly.
"Did you trace it?" But Tua hummed, shaking her helm.
"Location scan was incomplete. Likely broke down." Bulkhead, however, did not respond the same way the humans did.
"Oh well." He said lazily, beginning to walk away.
"'Oh well?'" Jack asked, somewhat shocked by the mech's words. "Seriously?" His concern was grave as he still didn't turn.
"Fowler's a jerk!" Bulk defended himself, placing his hands over his spark earnestly, but that didn't stop Jack, who stepped toward him with open arms of disbelief.
"Woah! Whether you like the guy or not, the Decepticons may have him!"
"And Agent Fowler knows your location!" Raf chipped in, looking just as concerned. "Our location..." He gulped, looking down and covering his mouth.
"And did we not just witness how quickly Fowler backs down from a Bot? The cons will totally make him squeal!" Miko added, pointing an accusing digit at the bot.
"Not to mention the other Bots! They don't even know what's going on!" Rose piqued in now too, her concern skyrocketing.
"But we lost the transmission, Fowler could be anywhere!" He raised a good point, looking to Tua who continued to try and pinpoint the Agents location. But without anything to lead off of, she was slow.
"Maybe I can narrow it down! About 5 years ago, the government started microchipping their Agents. You know, like owners do with pets!" The others looked to him in shock, how someone could know so much at such a young age was beyond them. He saw their looks before defending himself. "What? I saw it on TV!"
"Can you get me a fix, Rafael?" Tua asked the boy, who brought out his Laptop. She gave him a small side glance, shocked too as the other kids all watched her ask. Tua had been on this planet over two years now, and Rafael was the youngest Human she'd ever met. But she had to wonder, how was it that a child had a stronger intelligence than any other Human she'd met? Did humans... evolve backwards or something?
