chapter 1

        i sit at my desk in my room working on my history homeworkwhen something catches my eye. I look out the window right in front of my desk and see Nial waving a white board at me in his window. It says “ do you know the answer to #3 on our math HW.” I pick up my white board and write

Just to let you know i am obsessed with taylor swift and if you have seen the you belong with me music video you would understand what nial and i’s houses are like.My window and nial’s window are right in front of each other so when we want to talk we write things down on a white board.” thanks” he replies. when i finish my homework i close my curtains and crawl in bed.

        when i wake up i do my usual morning routine and walk into my backyard. my back yard is different then most people’s. its its bordered with a chain link fence and in the corner there is a tree house. where the fence ends so i share a tree with three other people. luckily we are all really close friends i climb up the tree house one way and out the other into my friend jacky’s backyard. by the time i reach the back door harry and his step brother liam climb into their side of the tree house and into jackie’s backyard. we both enter through the backdoor and sit down on the counter as doris, jackies mom is washing the dishes “ hey L.J.” Doris says to me through dark red painted lips.L.J. stands for lily jean but everyone calls me L.J. jackie stumbles through the door attempting to brush her teeth and put on her shoes at the same time. the backdoor slams open exposing nial cackling with Zayne following behind him with his bottom lip tipped with blood also laughing.” what happened?” i question stifling a giggle.” you know how he hops my fence to go to the hoodlum tree?” he says referring to the tree house ” Well this time he tried to jump over it without using his arms and he totally face planted!” he explains giving in to his laughter. “ok, ok, lets go now louis is probably waiting for us” jackie insists, and we exit through the front door.
